Everyone on the flip team are like the alltime best sim- creator- people. that doesnt make sense but eh. I love allure, jisgr8, allium, sparkle & ruthless_kk! Aside from ruthless i rarely see uploads from yourselfs other than houses you've "flipped"

Thankyou for the lovely comment and encouragement Sam. Unfortunately the lack of personal uploads from us at the moment is a time thing... it's that nasty thing called "real life" getting in the way at the moment.

But hopefully there will be a flood of them soon, I know I have 1 finished and 1 in the works, and at least a couple of other flip members have personal builds ready for upload in the near future so they are still coming, just more slowly than before

In the mean time though, you could check out some of the recent uploads from PC, he's a launched a new prefab eco series:

jgg1122- Hello! I have claimed your latest flip. I know you were hoping for J but I really want to flip it myself. It has such great bones and I love the color scheme you have requested. I have already gotten started and it is shaping up nicely. I have a few questions to make sure I do the best job. Do you have WA? I didn't see it listed under "My Games" on your page but I have to ask. Also, I saw that you have collection Stanke on your wish list. Do you want me to include this collection in the build in hopes that you will get it soon? And what modern collections do you have? Thanks Jgg and I am having lots of fun on your flip!

Also- do you mind if I use one cc window? It will transfer with the lot and it's perfect. I hope you see this soon.

I would love to take on your flip request, if that is ok

. I have a few questions for you on it before I start (although I might anyway lol).
1/ Is cc Wallpaper & Floors ok? I won't go mad but there are some that I would like to use

2/ I have recently got hold of some lovely CC furniture/nik naks that transfer with the lot that could look lovely (However I will not use it if you don't want me to! not a problem!)
3/The family on the lot are a couple with a baby girl, do you want the nursery to be for the baby girl? You have one spare room would you like that as a single bed or a guest room? Or I could do it for an older girl, so the baby can move to it when older perhaps?

Eco-houses, does he mind if I use them for my Citizenship Homework? We have to create an Eco-House and it needs to be able to fit a family of 4 (parents, 1 boy and 1 girl). I hope one of his designs are good but small to make a minatue version in real life, if i can use a house of his and make it in real life then maybe i could be able to upload it to this forum... what do you think??

Personally I find the idea of you using someone else's sim creation as a basis for your HOMEWORK slightly wrong! *scowl*

Key word there Everstider being that YOU have to create the house, not take someone elses work.

(Appologies for seeming harsh but my mother is a teacher and I know exactly how she would react if she found out one of her students had done something like that).

Everestrider: You can get a sim to do that arm crossing using the chaos mod found at MTS. I believe it's a normal game animation, but I have limited experience with the game so I'm not sure.

Sparkle: The funny thing here is that both of my parents are teachers at MY school (Feel the pain). And i ment to say adapt some ideas into the one i am making right now, and i do see where you are comming from just to say.

Jisger8: Is the actual website MTS or is it mod the sims 3... im still gettin used to the new sims forum talk stuff thing... (They so need a dictionary for this stuff)

also... Mod chaos... do you mind giving me the directions... I'm on the homepage of mod the sims (2 and 3) but don't know were to go from there...
