We are a team of builders, landscapers, and interior designers who are dedicated to producing quality builds for the Sims 3 game. If you have a lot that needs fixing, just let us know and we'll have a Flip Team member on the job.

Please note: You will not have the ability to chose a specific team member for your request. It is up to the members of the team to decide who will take the job. Also we only accept completed lots. Make sure you go through this check list before you submit your request:

Does my lot have completed landscaping?
Does my lot have completed interiors?
Does my lot have completed building structure?

In order for your lot be considered for flipping, we ask you to fill out the form below providing details about your particular dilemma and how we can help. Images are appreciated, but please make sure to resize your images before posting, so it does not mess up the formatting of the thread. It's important to remember that we only accept lots that have been completed by you and are already uploaded to the exchange.

As long as all the necessary information is provided, each request will be accepted in a timely manner and a member or members of the Flip Team will coordinate with you about your request. So be patient, and feel free to ask for any advice from our team.

Important information about credit for reuploads:
We would ask that if you upload the flipped lot to the exchange, please give the appropriate credit in the description to the Flip Team member who helped you. It is also important to know that the Flip Team member working with you maintains the option of adding the lot to their studio as well, and if they choose to, they will also make sure to give you proper credit in the lot description.
