a new flipped lot is up.

Even though, this lot was up last month,
I had to wait until I get the lot up in a file hosting webite, to upload it here.

Yet, unfortunately the lot already got stolen,

This lot was originally called Licorice Ivy, created by Mmyoko
(Sorry for the delay mookie)

Now its called Le Rose Manor, flipped as a french home, with a big garden, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and much more.

One more thing, I just wanted to thank Mookie for his patience, and for his lot that I worked on, it was a great lot to work with, and turned out great.

Hi there, I don't want to sound rude and impatient but i've still not been contacted about who is working on my lot and since i am 3rd in the que i thought someone would be on it by now or do you just choose which one you want to work on? Also i was wondering how come one of the flip team needs their lot flipping just doesn't make sence to me since your great flipper already, unless you added it to boost numbers if you had slow intrest at first then thats understandable. I don't mean any offence by this post typing can come across so whiney and mean and that's not how i intend it

Hi kimabc3!

No worries it is perfectly understandable to be curious as to 'how it all works'

. There is no set order that requests are taken up, although we do try to work on older requests first if we can. Yours is a new request so it may be a little while yet. Also many of the flippers have preferred styles and specialities so that can influence a selection. As you may appreciate we also have personal builds we like to spend time on and also many of us have busy real lives too. Doing a flip is a big investment of our leisure time I cannot speak for all, but for me personally, it is probably a time investment of 20+ hours minimum.

So I know you would like this to be taken up by a flipper asap, but it will be taken and completed it just takes time

As for Asante's request, it is a fabulous original lot but it is a stone age cave, she was curious to see what someone else would do with her lot as it is so wacky.

She specifically said ONLY when one of us had time, and to give precedence to other 'requests'. There has always been a list of requests so unfortunately none of us has had time yet! I urge you to check out her lot as you will see why she would be curious to have others 'flip it'.

kimabc3: Another thing that can influence the uptake of a build is store items, not all of us have all the store items (I for instance don't have any) which limits me to only being able to work on builds that don't have or require store items. You only have one, so I guess it isn't as big an issue but it can be in some cases.

Also 60x60 lots take a-lot-a-lot of work, normally we try to work on them in groups because of the effort required, which means it takes more time because you have to wait until a number of people all have the time to work together on the project. Again this doesn't apply to you but might explain some of the weirdness in uptake. We don't like to tell a creator we're taking on a lot until we're sure we're going to be able to complete it for them.

kimabc3- Asante wanted her cave flipped just for fun but I am going to be flipping one of my first lots soon. Everyone can improve and should get better with each build hopefully. I can understand that you want it to get started so I hope your flip will be claimed soon.

, I really do understand that you all have real lives and i did wonder if any of you had time to play TS3 or if your all full of requests i guess its a bit a both really, I only asked because on the front page there are only 4/5 request and no1 has said they are working on it yet i hope my queries haven't bugde me down the list

Slighty off topic....Have you guys any intentions of making a base pack friendly neighborhood with houses etc i think that would be a great project with you all into diff designs, and do any of you take request on buildings?

ROFL Kimabc.. I think you answered your own question. We're all so "builded out" with FLIPs and our own builds that most of us barely have time to play the game, let alone work on request buildings

Actually, most of us barely have time to work on our personal builds so that puts requests even further down the list.

There are places you can go for those though, Sim Interior Designs and I believe the Aquahorse request team both do requests
