It actually wasn't me, it was the creator.

You seem to be a sims expert, I wonder if you can help me? I am trying to do the landgraab library challenge - I interviewed a man who gave me a key. I got into the house, went up to the third floor, tried to put the key in the slot (it was in my inventory) and it disappeared!! Its not in my inventory and its not on the floor and the door is still locked!! Heeeeelp! Is there a way I can reset this challenge and start again?
