So many things I love about this build.

Just a few of my favorites:

- the natural wood finishes and "organic" fabric colors and textures

- the shower niche; great idea!

- the cabinets above the desk - how did you make those? are they actual furniture or a CAP wall covering?

- the beige carpet color and pattern:

Thanks for the great comments. It really means a lot.

HessethRan - The bookshelf above the desk is a decor item from Town Life. It slides up and down the wall like a picture and I used MOO to place it snuggly between the other bookshelves.

Here is a starter with a bit of glamour! Less than 15,500 simoleons.

Art Deco starter.

Such a cute house! I love that column that you have used. Where did you get that? Don't think I have seen it before. The interiors are nice and compact. 15,500 simoleans only? It is great value for money! I will happily recommend.

Thanks Yanti The column came with The Regency Arcade. It's only 15,500 because my sim had level 10 handiness skill which reduces the price of build/buy objects and living in it for a few days also reduced the price.

Looks great My favorite part is the interior you did such a good job with placing all that stuff in such a small space!

I can definitely see some Art Deco influences in this tiny home. And it's within a sims' budget, to boot!

Rec'd for you, sir!
Cheers
