well i guess just help keep the thread active. thats what we all have been doing. since we are all from different parts of the world it can be bumped and checked regularly for new requests and questions. also probably check our email for updates and new stuff since you were gone. should help you catch up.

I think you know I am the person who will flip your exteriors (Landscaping, structuring, and exterior furnishing). And was wondering, you said you liked the feel of the lot, and you wanted to a better flow for the plan.

I was hoping you could give me a specific style to work on. I thought I would make it as a modern, or Asian in its style, but maybe you dislike those styles! So any style specifications you would like to share with me?

I honestly don't want to flip your lot to something I like, which you don't. So I hope we get to hear from you soon, hopefully with an answer that could help us to flip your lot to something you would be willing to have.

I'm working to get my newly and might I add - INSANELY GORGEOUS - flipped beach house up. I'm trying to learn how to use the lepid llama program to put a nice cover pic up with it.

J is such a sweet and patient guy. He's been working with me through messages to help me figure all this out. Sorry it's taking so long you guys.

I just had my wisdom teeth extracted this morning, and between the pain and meds and the pain, I'm a bit loopier than usual. I promise I'll try to get this uploaded as soon as possible for you all to download/view.

It truly is an amazing upgrade. I think J (and the rest of you flippers too!) should apart of an HGTV program for TS3! LOL!

Thanks Kirsalynne. I'm thrilled that you like the flipped lot and don't worry, there is definitely no rush especially with getting your wisdom teeth pulled..ouch. The lot is yours to do with what you will so take all the time you need.
