You can't log in in game if you don't have the patch you can no longer get.
So good luck if you wanted to earn any badges this weekend but have work during the day.

So if I did patch is that a problem? My game was fine before and it's fine now.

They've put the cart before the horse but I think you will be fine. You'll have to be patient and wait for them to correct it.

Same here. I was reading on MTS that the "leak" patch was possibly replaced by a *normal* one before it was pulled. I don't have the werewolf sliders or rainbow skin, but even though my game's fine now, I'm paranoid thinking there's a problem somewhere waiting to blow up my game LOL So far so good. I'll just keep my fingers crossed. At least I can sign on.

I'm still at patch 1.29 and it works just fine.
I was holding back too, but I gave in to the "go online to get cool stuff yada yada" warning message thing

Ditto, although I haven't played it thoroughly yet. Now I wanna see the new interaction & sliders that I've read here

Me neither. CAS looks the same as it did before. I just saw those two things mentioned in the other thread. Something about jaw sliders and a few others that were for werewolves.

I just re-started my launcher out of blind hope that they might have put another patch out or something and...
... THEY DID! You can patch your game to 1.32 (again) now, I'll post again if it's still including the funky things, or if it's clean of weird spoilers.

I posted that in Crinrict's thread that you can still patch via launcher. It does say it is for 1.32 but idk if that is the original or an updated version. If it is an updated version then why is there no manual patch yet.

I must have gotten the updated patch. I opened my launcher and it didn't offer me a patch.

Patching and opening my game took 30 minutes. I'm watching Grimm now in another room, I'll report back on whether the new patch still has the funky things (like skin and werewolf sliders) when I get back to playing. It was in the ball park of 115mbs in size.

Okay I just logged into my game again, and I didn't see any new patch, so I guess those of us who patched early are stuck with EP 7 items and skins in our game? That's not right, what's the point of having werewolf stuff, if I have no interactions for one? And why the heck are sims asking other sims for apples in the next EP? I'm so mad, you could fry eggs on my head.

I don't know whether to be jealous or not... I patched late this afternoon (I live in Washington state) and don't have any of the sliders or skins or snouts etc. Thing only thing odd I found is, when I randomize a sim in CAS/CAH, the height varies from shorter to taller, also the changes were more various than I am used to seeing. Kind of odd, surprised me to see that, but I didn't take the sim into a game to see if it was real, just exited without saving. Other than that, the patch didn't cause me any gaming problems. My mods had already been updated, so when I put them back in, all was normal.
I'm sorry to see so many people have problems. I would have liked to see the makeup problem solved though, since I don't/won't simport ever.
