Being away from my laptop for several days really put a damper on my building style. I honestly feel like I am turning in a rough draft - but don't want to miss any of the BnS challenges! So here it is...

Details/rationale:
One story home with a separate guesthouse quarters for Loretta. The guesthouse has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a space for entertaining as well as an open kitchen space. There is also a small office for Sheryl.

The main house has 1 1/2 bathrooms (as instructed in the challenge). There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, an exercise room, kitchen, dining room and attached garage.

The lot has been fully landscaped and includes a small pond. A fenced in area next to Loretta's house has been reserved for a future vegetable garden.

So since the uploader didnt work, and i already wrote out a cute story showcaseing the house... here it is

Experience level: I'm new and this would be my first challenge. I've played all the Sims games and repeatedly build houses and kill Sims so i can build more houses.

I am new to some of the aspects, like the building cheat codes and making foundations and all that tho.

Lot name: Firefly Designs Sharp Home #6

Final cost ~$161k

Details/rationale: A Spanish style home that showcases a large central outdoor area for the family to hang out. As they say, the devil is in the detail and this house has plenty.

The Sharpe House is done in a more modern/traditional Spanish Style. With stonework framing the front entryway made with stone found in nearby Sunset River, it welcomes all into this family's custom abode. The layout of the home brings focus to a garden fit for a goddess, inspiring even the newest of artists. The main house is done in warm earthy comfortable tones, and is brightened up thru natural light, and cream and violet lightwork and furnishing throughout the home. The dining Area showcases the outdoors, along with a masterpiece of a Spanish Villa done by Sablo Simcassa that Sheryl found while abroad. The kitchen was designed using high end appliances and with plenty of room for the entire family and guests to join in on the fun of having a Sunday night get-together.
Latoya asked that her room be fun and funky, yet allow her some serious time for studying and homework. We showcased her fun side by adding a gaming and music area, draped her bed in bright fabrics with large funky hibiscus on them, and warmed everything up with a suitable study area. Looks like Latoya is worn down from all that fun! There is a half bath off of the living room, reminiscent of the grand old theaters of yesteryear, and a little farther down the hall, a full bath with toilet closet and deluxe jet features in the luxurious tub.
The master suite was done with worldly travel and romance in mind. Sheryl and Derek can relax the night away either cuddled on their private couch, or curled up in eggplant colored blankets beside a warm fire. Uh oh... Looks like Derek will be the only one curled up happily tonight. His snoring has woken Sheryl! But thats ok, Sheryl can refine her writing skills by going to Loretta's garden apartment, where she has her own private office entrance. Loretta's apartment is done in shades of pastel, mimicing the gardening she loves so dearly. Loretta's sitting area overlooks her vegetable patch, with her own porch access, so that she can "commune with nature" easily.

Basically, I'd just be looking for a list with levels and underneath each category, the builder/firm name/and, if you're really ambitious, the link to their lot. For those who are new to the challenge and don't know their level, if they could be in their own list, I could sort through them and then place them appropriately.

Please let me know if you would be interested. I almost asked you specifically for judging, but I remembered your concern with English and didn't want to worry you (though honestly, I think it is fantastic!). This task would be a little less writing, so maybe that would be more comfortable.

Experience level: This is my 4th house or so for TS3 and my 1st to build from the ground up (most others were friends houses so I dind't really have to think like this one, I do however no many cheats for the game and can use them well so I'd say I'm probably Intermediate, although I do have a perfectionist streak (OMG The roof took me about 3 hours, Because I had such a hard time doing all the individual slopes.)so If I'm pushed up one level thats fine.

Lot name: Build and Share challenge. The Sharp Dream home.

A true Dream home for the sharps. The House is large with a Very spacious master suite, and grand living room. The house also features 1.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, A large kitchen (with small built in desk), A breakfast nook, a gathering room, a formal dining area, and a work out room (right off the garage so as not to be a focal point).
There is also a small inlaw suite, in a smaller house acroos a BEAUTIFUL garden for the elder Mrs. Sharp. It is not on foundation so that she can easily come in and out, and has beatiful views off of her living room., her house includes, 1 bath, 1 bedroom, 1 office with door to the outside (for the younger Mrs. Sharp) and a quaint kitchen with an eating area. I workedOn and off for 3 days on this house so I really hope y'all like it.
