Maybe I missed it, but how do you submit a lot for Flipping?

I have one that I built a while ago. One of my first builds, and I'd like to submit it to be flipped (especially for reroofing and landscaping) -- as well as a redo on interior decoration/design.

I'd love to see what you guys come up with because I made it a while back and thought I liked it, but as I've grown as a builder and learned new tricks.. I've found I don't really like my own creation, sigh.

I'd love to see what you guys can do with it though!

Just upload it to the exchange and then fill this out:

Link to lot:
Size of the Lot (30x30, 40x30, 60x60?):
List the area(s) to be remodeled (building, landscaping, interior design):
Brief description of your job (What do you want worked on and what do you want left alone?):
List any store items you have/want included:
Pictures of the lot:

This is the lot that I'd like flipped.

My only real request is that it stay a beach house. My beach landscaping is horrible. It was meant to be a vacation style home. I think I dislike it because outside of the landscaping, I'm finding my interior decoration a bit boring.

I'd love to see what you guys do with this.

(Please get rid of the wretched roof, haha.. I was so new to building back then and just used autoroofing.. so fail)!

Errr... Sparkle I think we were posting at the same time. SO! To make it official...

Link to lot: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=567383
Size of the Lot (30x30, 40x30, 60x60?): I have no idea, but I think it's a 20x30.
List the area(s) to be remodeled (building, landscaping, interior design):Landscaping, interior design, definitely roof, and even the building if you wish!
Brief description of your job (What do you want worked on and what do you want left alone?): Landscaping and Roof are my biggest concern, but I would love to have interior decoration redone as well and maybe even building changes if necessary. I would like my general idea of a vacation beach home to remain intact, but I built this so long ago when I was very new to building and now I'm finding it to be a really boring lot.
List any store items you have/want included: I have only the Bayside Kitchen set.
Pictures of the lot: I don't have any pictures of it (I take god awful screenshots for some reason), but if you guys would like to take some before photos to showcase a good Before/After portfolio, that would be lovely!

EDIT: Aaaah Sparkle, haha we keep posting at the same time, Yes ma'am what you said works too. I'm really laid back with it.. I'm just curious to see what you guys do with it, because you're all immensely talented!

Hello Kirsalynne,

I'm ready to get to work on your vacation beach house. I have all the information you have provided, but if there is anything else you can think of that you want to express to me about you particular job then post it here. I'm looking forward to flipping your lot.

J

Thanks for all of the video comments!
KirsalynneI'm jealous! Can someone on the Flip team put up a lot to be flipped? I think I will. Let's see what the Flip Team says about it.
Madison- Thanks!
