I haven't had a whole lot of time to play but wanted you to know that I got the new file installed and all is running fine, including the hangout and bistro lots. Looks like the first round of fixes are a success as far as I can tell.  I did forget to double check the fire station for alarms, though, oops.

Oh, I did too. I tested every community lot though, and had no problems. The nectary spawned a charming fellow to man the register, who belched right in Sim Pary's face as she was trying to purchase something so I could test the store. Lovely.

So far none that I have discovered. Seems everything is running just fine in my game. I haven't tried to travel yet though, so that is next on the list.

I have personally run the game about a month of sim time in the game.
My observations:
-Every house except 2-3 were auto-populated by the game, so that's good.
-The 2-3 second freeze still happens every once in awhile, but not frequently. This could just be because of my system.
-Had two bugs concerning ghost hunting. Both happened while trying to interact with possessed objects that were still in queue after the ghost hunting event ended on the lot. Both instances rendered the character unplayable and I had to evict and replace the sim. Is this just because ghost hunting is still kind of buggy?

We changed out my power supply today, so I haven't had much time to play. However, 2 quick things to report. The skill bookshelves, The Book Corral and Penningway(or something close to that) still aren't in the library, so no skill books.
Second thing is house located 1224 Williams Place doesn't have any wall coverings at all. LOL, you did the floors, just not the walls.
I presume you know the Laundromat just shows Visit Lot when clicked on because you haven't given it a name, right? Since this is on the unfinished side, I had just assumed you had not gotten around to it. Since you removed the houses, or apts., across from it are you going to just put in lots there? Wasn't sure since the land is empty except for the private pool in the center.

@DD: Yeah sorry about that, I guess I haven't really explained what's going on over on that side of the island.
That side is still very much WIP. I still want that area to be tested, but I'm aware that there are unfinished houses. The house you're talking about with the unfinished walls is indeed unfinished. It's just one of the houses I was unable to finish in time for this version of the beta.
The area with the pool that used to be an apartment complex is being left blank for the moment in waiting for Late Night. This is because I would like to try and put an actual apartment complex there instead of a fabricated one.
The blank laundromat name I wasn't aware of though, it must have slipped through the cracks. Thanks for pointing that out!
...and thanks for naming the bookcases again, as I forgot their names during the forum wipe.

I haven't tested the ghost hunter career yet. I've just been working through rabbithole careers at present. I will keep an eye out for that.
ETA: I just assumed all lots without names simply hadn't been finished or named yet, as this is a beta. Otherwise I would have mentioned it before, because I noticed the laundry, and a park, and something else ( I've forgotten off the top of my head ) without names too.
