Hey RalphaelNinja!

Your yacht absolutely rules .
Thanks so much for taking the time to post this helpful tutorial on how to build a lot like this!

We went ahead and made this a sticky.

Happy Simming, everyone!

PS - we can't wait to see what kind of yachts, boats, ships, and other water-faring lots are created .

I loved it as soon as I saw it in the Exchange! I haven't lived in it yet, but I'll try it tomorrow!

Wow, that awesome
Anyone who says anything bad about it should be dragged out into the street and shot lol.
Since I saw the word obsessiveness mentioned, try not look at that as a bad thing though because it has brought out your full potential in creating something that has wowed many Sims players and it's people like you that makes the game even more interesting

I wish I could build that neat, when I build anything that needs boolprop, my lot looks more like a construction yard, with odd walls, extra floors and stuff I can't even remember what I was going to use them for.

Fantastic tutorial, really great lot, just one small question, when you where building downwards, did it cross your mind to leave the floor tiles and boolprop them down with the rest of the ship. I was thinking how tricky it would be to make a pirate ship, do you think it would be possible to connect them tiles around the base to form a seamless hull.

I will put that in my to do list, anyway great tutorial
