Yep, I'm having the same issue. I just got mine today and tried entering the code here several times, double checked it. Still said it's invalid. I'm glad I can still use for my game. But this is a tad bit annoying lol.
Got another reply from EA. The only reason I responded was they said my case was going to be closed if I didn't respond in 4 days so I responded. This is what I got back.
