ive installed the sims 3 katy perry sweet treats and ive played it but not everything is there. what do i do?

I purchases Supernatural and it was working completely fine. Then I got Katy Perry Sweet Treats and installed it. It will not work! When I try to open the game, it tells me to insert the Supernatural disc. Can you not have both on your PC?

yes you can have both..just put the supernatural disk in and open the game through there Sweet Treats, if you installed it will be there too

i have just brought the sims 3 katy perry sweet treats and everytime i click the link to make it come on and a message comes up saying download the sims 3 and i av and its still not working can anyone plzzzz help me plzzzz x thanks lauren

You do have the Sims 3 base game, right?
Katy Perry sweet treats is a stuff pack, which is an add-on to the base game. You cannot use the content from Katy Perry without first installing The Sims 3.
If you do have The Sims 3 base game, then I would try installing it again. Something may not have installed properly.

i installed swet treats after suppernatural... says put in suppernatural but when i put it in there is NO sweet treats items.. yet the EA site thing says i have installed it etc and i have tried reinstalling

It is supposed to load normal its just a stuff pack it adds things to your game it does not show it a sims 3 katy perry sweet treats

I'm having the same issue as the original poster. I figured out how to change the hairstyles by purchasing a mirror and clicking on it and choosing "Change Appearance." However I can't figure out where to access the KPST outfits. When I click on my Sim (one that I had chosen not created beforehand) and choose "Change Outfit" the only outfits that show up are the original Sims3 outfits. I can see all of the furniture items and the lots. Just can't figure out the outfits. My daughter who is playing with me is getting very impatient. We've been trying to figure this out for 2 days. Thanks!

I figured out the outfits. You have to purchase a dresser to access them! Sorry I'm a Sims Noob!

In the game Sims 3 Katy Perry Sweet Treats, which I bought from Walmart says I need to go the Sims Launcher and download the latest update in order to play.... I go to the Sims 3 Launcher and it tells me,"Your game is up to date." Someone please me!!....

I think this will solve your problem. Go to start on your computer. Control Panel. Uninstall Katy Perry's Sweet Treats. Remove the disc from your computer. Place disc into case. Open nearest window. Throw Katy Perry's Sweet Treats.
