I had this problem with the Barnacle Bay. You should open your launcher and double check the downloads... Scroll all the way through them making sure it isn't in there.

For me I was really upset because I couldn't find the loot that was supposed to come with Barnacle Bay. Had it for months before I realized it did download, just had to click the little box and then click install. It didn't auto-install like the hood did, but I had it the whole time.

Do let me know if it is in there. Like before I will sitting here with a worried look on my face to see if it helps or not. I'm a softee like that.

Firstly,thanks for your help All three of the objects are in the download thingy and the casino has object next to it,so before I went into Edit Town to place it but no casino showed up,I usually just say to myself Oh well I dont know what Im doing so I will go without but this world was not cheap so Im getting a wee bit cross

I hope this is fixeable! I am not computer savvy either! I am upset and frustrated! I should be able to download what I bought!

It was in there? Did you click the box beside it and click install? Man, I hate not being able to help.

Is it possible either of you have a conflict with cc? Sometimes the smallest little thing can conflict. Maybe you have hair or skin or some build object you downloaded from somewhere?

It all said it was downloaded and I have no cc,I have only bought stuff from the shop that has been made by the EA team,I definately have no people or buildings etc from the exchange,and you are helping lol at least I dont feel like a complete dummy

It said it was downloaded, but was it colored or was it greyed out? Items in the downloads are colored until they are installed, and then they become greyed. If they are colored, click the little box beside them and then click install. If they are greyed out then please load up your game one more time to see if the town/lot is there. If not, then I am at a complete loss.

ETA: OK, I have an idea, now just try it and see what will happen. Open your launcher, go to installed content, find the lot and click the little square beside it and click uninstall.

After that go to the store, click on the "My Account" link under the Store menu button above. Enter your email and password to get to your account. Once there, click the "Purchase History" on the left hand side. Redownload and install it again. Maybe that will fix it. Let me know.

ETA again: You are looking in the community lots tab for the lot? I really should have asked that first...

yes sorry Exotic kitten I was trying to play it lol,my casino showed up but I couldnt put it where it was shown in the clip to go so my hubby put it in another lot,but now after I have got Darren and Darlene the baby Dirk, I thought cool I will make a family to be addicted to gambling....Nope now Im even more confused as I have two Lucky Palms lmao and i just throw my arms up as they both now no longer have the casino!!!
I am the worst person to confuse lol as I have never played the game as it should be played due to if I play a family for a day or so I then get lags etc and I cant play them.I could never play a legacy...ever.
I hate that Im addicted to this game lmao

Did you bulldoze the lot you wanted to place it on? I read this morning that if their are spawners on an empty lot it can possibly prevent you from placing lots.

ETA: Did you change the lot zoning on the empty lot to commercial?
