Okay this is great but now what I want to know is...

Who has posted a house with all of these things?

indoor/outdoor pool (i.e. pool with a window)
underground garage
bridge
waterfall
split level (preferrably a sunken living room)

on a 60 X 60 lot?

For those of us who are too lazy to design one for ourselves =)

Here's a link to a great video tutorial by Qbuilderz for "The Sim Supply" (non-EA link) that better shows how individual roof slope angles work in the game than the screenshot one I did for MTS (which is already in FF's post).

this is such a terrific reference.... I think a library would be a terrific idea, if someone with influence could persuade the powers that be..... There are so many threads that I really think need a safe place where they can be placed so they are never lost! And this is definitely one of them! I mean bookmarks are wonderful, but wouldn't a library of facts be great since there are so many turning up!
