Landscaping, some interior decorating and possibly some building.

Brief description of your job (What do you want worked on and what do you want left alone?):

Landscaping - I'm looking for something with a flavor of Greece and the Mediterranean.

Interior Decorating: I furnished the house and added some special touches, but I've seen what some of you can do with Move Objects and CFE and I would love to see some things added or remade to give it the Wow factor.

Building: I am happy with the overall shell. I feel that I may not have made as many rooms as I could have or should have. If you see a way to maybe add more playable/usable space, please let me know and we can discuss it.

I am a member of BB and you can PM me there anytime.

Things not to change: I like the colors and textures I've used throughout and wish to keep those. If something momentous comes to you, however, PM me and we can discuss it.

the download says it's a WIP and we don't finish WIPs. We've already turned 2 people down because the houses weren't finished. However this does actually look mostly done with the allowance of the un-landscaped areas on both sides so we'll need to discuss it first

I put WIP on it because I didn't want anyone to DL it. Hasn't done me much good though. lol It is a completed build. Fully decorated and furnished.

Im not sure why you are asking them for help am all your builds are faboulous... I cant see anything wrong with it.

Builders sometimes don't feel right with their builds.
So they ask other builders to help.

Thank you. I didn't use any CFE in this build and barely any Move Objects because I was just getting started with building when I did this. After I got the place up, I completely ran out of steam for anymore decorations inside or out. I also feel like the place is too small inside, considering how large the build actually is. I hope they can bring my interest in this house alive again, because I haven't played in it in ages. lol

RalphaelNinja Your lot has been flipped! It was so much fun working on your flip. I hope you love it! Your ship has already sailed the seven seas and dazzled us all in a bottle. Now Captain Ralph has decided to retire and settle down with his new family.

So he sold his ship to some old "friends" and they remodeled it into....
A beachfront restaurant!

It's a beachfront restaurant with living quarters for the new owners-

It could be residential or a community lot as well. It is such a fun creation that I wanted to take it in a fun new direction. I hope you don't mind that I removed the sails. They didn't work for a restaurant because of seating space. It took me hours to figure out how to get them down lol. Your cfe skills are way beyond me!!! I really hope you love it as much as I have loved working on it! Thanks, Ralphael, for letting me flip this lot!

We actually loved each build which we have seen in this community.
And those ones which were assigned to us had wonderful ideas.

We are only here to get those ideas the attention they actually deserve.

amchristian i know how you feel. when your ability develops so does your taste and style. i have 2 builds that i have tried to re-decorate but i just don't have the vision to change it. new perspective helps us develop further by giving us both inspiration and renewed interest. i think it is great there are groups such as Builders Boulevard and Sim interior designs and the request sections on this forum as we can all use a little help or inspiration sometimes which not only benefits the original creator by showing what can be done,but also allows the person who re-designs the lot to further improve there skill.

Very well said, Peacemaker. All of that applies. I definitely want to get a new perspective on the house. All of you are extremely talented and inspired, so I really am looking forward to seeing the unique ideas you come up with. I think this group you have here is a really neat idea and I look forward to seeing all the houses you guys flip.

Hi well i have officially fallen in love with this house i found on a website (the link is going to be below ) and theres only one problem i cant make it i have tried and tried but its just not seeming to work for me could anyone help?? heres the link http://www.theplancollection.com/house-plans/home-plan-18887 much appricated because i know your all great builders.
