I recently purchased the I heart the 50's set.When I played my game I had to go on a search just to find the items that I purchased.I found all the buy objects.Trying to find the clothes and hair were another problem.I went into create a sim and searched and I finally found what I was looking for.The clothes are divided into two catgories: youth and adult.

Since when?...whenever I purchased clothes before they always included young adult.There was never any difference between the two before.Why now?The only thing I can think of is they plan on making more money off this set by releasing it for young adults.And I think that is wrong.I won't buy it.I refuse to.I purchased it once for the adults there shouldn't be any difference between the two.

Does anyone agree that this wrong?

I have to agree. I just bought High end and the chopped off looks of the female hair no one in their right mind or couture would wear it. The clothes are yawners and the game took close to an hour to load after I clean-installed it, with a few EA only content and it took forever to get into neighborhood or to try to attempt to create a sim. What the heck is Adobe air for? Why is it required now to download my EA store items??????

High-end stuff is great, in my opinion.

But I'm ticked off, too. I'm hoping this is a bug since I really want the Alice waitress outfit, which I bought but it only shows up for adults.

Hopefully they fix it. And soon.

The set has both the adult/ya and the youth included in it - so how do you imagine they will make more money by doing that?

They will make more money by releasing the adult set for young adults as well.Like I mentioned earlier there was never a distinction between the two before.I've bought many young adult outfits before and I was able to use them for both age groups.With this new set I can only use it on adults only.

It doesn't seem fair.I tend to play my sims as young adults and I wanted to use the new sets but I can't unless I age them to adult.

That's the cheesiest thing I've ever heard.

I was disappointed enough when I downloaded the athletic shirt for men from the Dr. Pepper promo, only to discover it only worked in the everyday category and not in the athletic category, too, despite being a sports shirt. I deleted it. At least that one only cost me the price of a Dr. Pepper.

It takes two seconds for EA to enable these clothing items for more than one category. Either the employees putting these out are extremely lazy, or it's some ill-thought-out ploy by some manager who is completely out of touch with how to sell computer games and their related downloads. I think EA has lost touch with what sells their games. If they really want to increase Store sales, they need to let people feel like they're getting their money's worth.

Ugh I was really upset with this as well... I have been looking forward to this set since it came out, and since I make all my sims starting as young adults, and all concepts for homes, traits, ect. are based upon what I create in CAS, this really almost negates my need for this set. Of course, I will still enjoy the parts, however, it was incredibly misleading... I thought all my sims would benefit from this set...
