Well that's worse than the Culling Policy. I can't make CC, therefore I use others, so my avatar is disqualified?

I'm not exactly sure of what you mean by 'jazzing' them up. Are you getting rid of the white backgrounds and making it more custom or something?

I don't think Hydra means your avatar (: it could be any sim that you made that's in your studio ^-^.
