Hi there, I am enjoying the HEL expansion pack, however i' can't locate my new clothes! I could locate the new hair- dos, and furniture but not the clothes.

I don't have the 'shop mode' in my game & whenever the Sim goes to his/her wardrobe for a outfit change, the new clothes are not there. Any advice ?

They're all the way at the bottom, mixed in with Store bought clothes

I've checked, its not at the bottom either. its nowhere to be found.

My game is the same way, no new clothes. I would contact EA about it, but they always give me the run around. Sometimes I wonder why I bother with this game.

Back up your game.
Remove any NON EA content.
Uninstall HELS only.
Make sure the EADM is fully updated & adobe air allowed to install.
Make sure the game is fully patch.
Now install HEL.
Do no add back any NON EA content yet. Check the game to be sure it is working.
