can't get cheat menu up

I have a windows vista pc and everytime I am trying to put in the control plus shift plus c to get the cheat menu but it won't open. Any answers please?

maybe you just aren't used to the change in the feature? In TS2 the bar was atop your screen in a big white rectangle. the rectangle is now purple but still at the top, it eluded me, maybe you too. If it's not that, it's safe to say you have a glitch and need a patch like many of the others

Yes it can be difficult to see but once u hit cntrl shft C type kaching or motherlode and ull see it

If you're having trouble getting the normal Ctrl+Shift+C cheat combination to work, try Ctrl+Shift+C+Windows key. Sometimes other programs on your computer may have the Ctrl+Shift+C combo already linked to another action.
