2.7 The Lavoir Legacy: 2 Parties, 2 Surprises
Welcome back to the Lavoir legacy, where it’s one day until Shays wedding and she couldn’t be more excited!
Whereas Grace couldn’t be more excited about climbing around in a strangers shower.
Grace: It’s my first paying job! Some lady sent me her shower to upgrade! Can you believe it?
No.
Meanwhile, Shay was beginning her bachelorette party.
Lexie: Haha, you got old Kipling
!
So did you Lexie.
Lexie: Oh... right.
Even Grace put her important job on hold to celebrate with her sister.
Olive Kipling showed off her mixing skills, and Belisama obviously thought she could do better…
She couldn’t.
Then the
entertainment showed up
Barry: Uh… it’s just a coincidence I happened to show up just as they did…
I don’t even wanna know, Barry.
Grace was unimpressed with the dancers, so she went back upstairs to finish her project.
Until Nestor showed up, that is.
Then the shower was used for other things…
The dancers seemed to have multiplied!
And once again, Barry seemed much too happy about it.
Lexie: Should I be concerned?
The dancers decide to get some pics of the bride to be (Belisama is photo bombing).
Shay: WOOOOO! NECTAAAAAR!!!
And then incredibly drunk Shay and her best friend ended the night with a skinny-dip.
The next morning everyone was woken to the sound of hang overs.
Grace: This is so unfair! Shay drunk way more than me, and she’s fine.
Shay: I don’t have time to be sick! Today’s my wedding day!
Sure enough, the first guests soon began to arrive.
Until the groom showed up on scene…
…and the wedding began.
Sebastian and Shay were pronounced man and wife, and everyone was happy.
Except Lexie, because this meant letting go of her favorite daughter.
Goodbye Shay, you’ll be missed around here.
Shay: I’ll miss you too.
Really?
Shay: Heck no! Drive Sebastian, Drive!
Grace: You know what? These wedding things are actually rather nice.
Nestor: Well yeah, that’s the general idea.
Grace: You think we should do one of those?
Nestor: Wait… are you asking me to marry you?
Grace: Yeah sure, the marriage stuff is all here anyway.
And so Grace and Nestor married too.
And it was incredibly sweet…
…and romantic…
…until Grace threw up again.
Because, as it turns out, the impromptu wedding wasn’t the only surprise they had that night.
