Shadow Spring Bay:

UPDATED 4/12/10:

Is too large to upload via launcher....please leave me feedback on your thoughts of my world.

After playing around in CAW for the last couple of days, I am really loving this one world that I started working on. It has tall mountains on one side of the world. There, nestled bellow them there is a hidden fishing lake with a huge waterfall. Not just any waterfall, because that would be boring. I placed the dragon atop the mountain and maneuvered the water to spill from the dragons mouth...it looks really amazing!
There's also a large forest with lots of things to discover. I'm planing on making some hidden tombs in the woods that will have some cool surprises in them.
But my favorite part is the fact that the center of town actually sits right near the ocean, the beach is literally connected to to most of the shops.

I'll start loading some in-game pictures soon...suggestions and comments welcome!

thanks for the nice comment! I'm having so much fun making my world...I'm such a perfectionist though, just the mountains took me two days to get them to look just right.

It's very nice-looking so far. Those mountains in the background look very nicely sculpted. I hope you can pull it off!

Also, I love your Sims3 story. I found it through various links on wordpress. :]

Looks good so far, Bean. I like the whole concept. I've also got a weakness for waterfalls (even though one of my favorite worlds, ironically named Anju Falls, doesn't seem to have one, LOL). So I can't wait to see yours in game. Haha--I've got a cat named Bean. I just had to check out your thread when I saw my cat's name on the forum!

I've left the community. No disputes involved. Goodbye and thank you to all the friends I met here.

I would prefer to see pictures of the world instead of the inside of a building. The four pictures taken outside of the building didn't really show much, so it's hard to give any feedback.

I'm such a perfectionist though, just the mountains took me two days to get them to look just right.

You know what they say, "Garbage in, garbage out." You take all the time you need to perfect every thing to your standards and your vision. That is what generally ends up with a world that is remarkable and worth keeping.
