hey guys I guess amanda forgot to come and post the next challenge If she doesn't make it by tomarow I'll post ya one up.

I don't use the site much, but I love building. I might come back for the next challenge.

WEEK 22!

As you return from lunch you notice a small yellow post-it note on your monitor. It seams Your next client has sent you an email, to please check your in box.

You think it's quite odd that they didn't show up in person as clients usualy do , but you shrug it off things have been slow and work is work.

You may find this a little odd not being there in person, but you see I'm in the antarctic and I simply cannot leave until the runway thaws which apparently will be several weaks from now. I have wired your office two hundred and ten thousand simoleans. I would like for you to build me a nice large home on a somewhat small lot I think 30x30 would be plenty of room. I know you cannot build out very well with this amount but I was thinking rather you could build up and, well, down as well. I would love for my home to have a very modern feal both inside and out. Also I would love a room, or maybe several to house all the things I collect on my travels. I need this home to have at least four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. And please can you make sure I have two master suites and my little Anna needs a very special room for her aswell, with an a joining nanny's room. Anna loves books and video games also she is addicted to her computer. I'm sure she would love a pool and a nice yard for her friends to come over and play in. There is only one more thing I require. I simply must have a three car garage, I have a family van, a sports car, and a utility vehicle for my trips around the world. As far as colors and paterns use your imagination, I am simply not home enough to care.

Ok guys the challenge this weak is to build a simy mansion on a small lot and leave space for yards and lots of landscaping.
you have 210k to work with
you need to have 4 beds/5 and 1/2 baths
2 being master suites
This is due Feb 2nd.

Sorry Clark I was out of town end of December and then after I returned I thought I had a cold but it turned out to be a really bad infection that had me in bed for three weaks!, I'm back now and I will be helping out more, I had us caught up before I left.

Hey guys I know your expecting the results from the week 20 challenge I'm gonna start on them tonight, I donno if some of you know or not but I play MMO's aswell and I have my own guild on the one I play atm and well I've had some issues I've had to deal with yesterday and today (it seams someone I made an officer came in and booted almost half of my guild...still donno what prompted this and I've narrowed it down to two ppl) So I'm sorry for the delay just is super busy with the drama and all.

Sounds like a fun challenge.

I'll have to have a go at this over the weekend.

Yes Suts you are suposed to furnish it and decorate it aswell as landscape it.

You can repost a newer version if you like but you should edit your first submission with new links so as not to confuse us.
