Hey guys first off I'd like to say wow you have all done a wonderfull job with this challenge and the homes are looking good.
Second of all I'd like to say that I'm sorry but I cannot be helping out with the challenge anymore. I have my own personal reasons for this none of them being you guys. I'm very proud of all of you your progress over the months has been amazing! While a few of you may be sad about my departure don't worry I'll still be around just not helping with the challenge anymore.
I'm very sorry I just simply cannot do it anymore.

Oh ZYIsSims I am sad to see you go! Thank you for everything you've done to help out around here! Also thank you for not trying to still help when you really can't admitting it is the most important to me!! TAKE CARE, and hope your okay!

Epic Building Building Challenge Week # 23

Well first off let me start of my saying ZYIsSims, will be missed. Secondly, I apologize for some of the lack of organization and results as well as challenges in the past. We will now try to start fresh, I will dedicate my weekend to getting all the results up to date. I will also write challenges weeks in advance so that they are ready when its time for them. Thanks to you all for being so patient, and I hope to see more amazing houses.

This Weeks Challenge: The Rocker Starter.
Due date : February 23, 2010.
Budget : 16,000.

Your sipping a cup of coffee at your desk, while reading the daily news. Suddenly you hear loud music coming from a parked car. You look up to see the person get out of the car. It’s a young edgy woman, dressed in spikes and checker patterned clothing.
Your surprised when you see her walk into your office. The receptionist lets her in.
She says, “ Hey, wassup? I need you to do me a favor.”
You say, “ Um….yes hello there. What would this favor be?”
She says, “ I need a house, but it has to be really cheap & still look nice.”
You say, “ How much money are we talking? And any particular style?”
She says, “ 16,000 and not a penny more. As for style, gothic. Lost of reds and blacks but not super bright red.”
You say, “ Okay, would you like the house to have any other things?”
She says, “If you could make my bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor than the rest of the house. Also, some trees and flowers would be nice but nothing too…happy.”
You say, “ Okay, I see I will definitely do my best.”
She thanks you and walks out. You think to yourself that this one os going to be hard.

I will fill out the entry form in the morning. I wasn't sure if the $16,000 was after you bought the lot. That is how I interpreted the rules. So I used $16,000 to build and decorate the home.

Description: Starter house under 16k. 1 bed/1 bath (they are on seperate floors), 2 stories, garden, living room, kitchen, sitting room. There certainly is room to expand the decorations and furnishings as the sim earns money, but with funds limited to 16k, included basics that were needed and extras as they could be afforded.

Also, I am glad you extended this a week. I have been planning on making a starter home for some time but I got caught up in another project and missed the original deadline.
