Is this going to be a whole new upload - I hope - or just add ins. I did try placing my own ambitions lots but they looked tacky and stupid in comparison, so I'm waiting for yours. That's the trouble when you're basically a New Englander (actually southern transplant to New England eons ago - hehehe) and haven't been to California but for a few vacations to my Aunt's in LA since I was a kid. New England style is completely foreign to this for sure. It's like different planets.

Anyway, I'll be back.... hehehe

I need a little help with this World I am making called Dubai.... Well its not made yet and I cant make it because my CAW doesn't work, So........ just go check it out its called Dubai: Creators needed....
And well we are planing on making a city like Dubai with 800 lots and I just thought I might ask if anyone here would like to be the person to do the CAW for it?????

Coasterboi, Could you help with our Dubai themed world? my CAW isn't working so I think someone is trying to make the Dubai Coastline... And so let me get to the point, Could you possibly help?? I like the changes and that will leave ample space for the exciting ep to come. Really looking forward to that one and I'll bet you are too. I can just see this place come to life with the city life to activate it!

The skyscrapers look wonderful all lit up like that too. Loving it. Great job on this update for sure.

Now the downside - restart new Red Country game - but that's okay, I'm sure it'll be woth it. Anyway I have a host of new Sims I've been making and building up while testing other worlds that will really be well suited to the high life in this world and they also have the simoleons to get something decent to start in. My PI Sam Spade, my architect Thomaston Granville, the flamboyant Stylist Jacques Marque, and of course my Ghost Huntress Evangeline Deville. Yep add to that my Rock star Azrok Anthros, and all the rest, and Red Country will be ready to rock again.


Hmm just to add a little versatality to the world I think I will move in super rich, nerdy, and snobbish Elsworth Farnswell and his equally snobbish, nerdy bride Elisha Worthington-Farnswell. They can just pretend he is head CEO of Farnswell Technolical Industries - CA branch. they are so snobbish they have been sitting in Sunset Valley since before I got WA, never mind Ambitions waiting to start their new married life. They are almost too much of nerdy snobbishness they are painful to play. The wife is a descendant of Agnes CrumpleBottom and her ghostly husband Eric a good 11 generations ago on her mother's side, and Elsworth is a descendant - 10th generation I believe or maybe 9th of the Landgrabbs on his mother's side. Then I got WA and haven't really been back in Sunset Valley since except to add the ambitions lots recently. So should be interesting.

The Farnswells are the only married ones, the rest are single and looking for fun. The perfect world to let them loose in (but I will be sure and save their files when you update to the next pack. I'd like to see my Rocker finally get rest of his band.

Hi Coasterboi, I had not downloaded Red Country before the Ambitions release and could no longer resist getting a look at it,

You've done some amazing work with the your terrain work and lighting for this world. It's really, really good.

I do need to let you know, though, that 2 pieces of cc are downloading with your world. One is "Single Contemporary Knock, Knock door" and the other is "Wood Finishes, 3 tile Shutters". Yes, I am sure they came in with Red County because I keep my DCBackup folder cleaned out. When I installed Red County, it installed 3 files, the world and the 2 pieces of cc.

There also aren't any skill books in either one of your libraries. I saw earlier in a testing report that someone mentioned to you that books were different in bookcases but it wasn't mentioned there were no skill books. I believe the 2 you need are The Book Corral and Penningway. It's an easy fix for the downloader to add them to the libraries, so you might want to mention it in your main post. I've already fixed them in my game.

As others before me have mentioned, this world certainly seems like it will really be shown at its best when the Late Night ep is released.

You people make to many beautiful worlds, I just don't know in which to play anymore!

DutchySims, well having played the first version he released of this before all the additions, I just suggest you have a really good pc. It was a fairly high end pc world to start with, and huge, and with all the additions he's added - never mind the extra lighting on the skyscrapers you really want a good pc to enjoy it because from my first experience it was amazing, so I'm really looking forward to getting back in there and play with all the changes even more.

There's a couple other worlds as big as this and equally special in their own way, but I have only played one of the others besides this one that is as big - and that's Neverglade and both played well on my pc. Slightly smaller is Ehaughts Fort Sims which is also really nice. The big world I did not play is that intense and gorgeous Harry Potter Hogsworth World, but it has CC in it, so I won't play it, but people say it does play nice.

Dlldrms, I don't know about the second CC you listed, but I actually had that door before and it did not cause any problems. I was actually surprised it was CC and found out quite by accident. So you may have no problem with it.
