I am having trouble downloading this from MediaFire. Every time I click on the "click here to start download" it just resets the page. Am I doing something wrong?

Would you be able to upload your world to another location?

Writin Reg, I know I should really buy a new pc. I have played this world and I can play it so long if I don't have more sims then 150 in my game. And of course sometimes my CPU has trouble calculating when a lot of high building are close together. I can always put my graphics low, because their set high now and that helps. Never Glade runs very smooth for me, never had problems with high settings with that world.
I really wonder how it going to work out for Late Night.

Well I just spawned the world with awesomemod until 150 people. I can play but it's not real smooth in the town area. It plays better if I put my graphic settings down, but I don't like that. The worlds are more pretty with them put on high.
Really need a new pc. *sniff* Going back to Isle of sims.

Neither item shows as corrupt. I checked the package files that generated in DCBackup with Delphy's Dashboard.

Since coasterboi said the world was cc free, it bothers me that TSR content is piggybacking into games. I don't know if he just forgot he used these items somewhere in the world, or, if like that doll these items just magically attach themselves to files.

I use some cc in game so I'm actually okay with the fact these 2 were there, if needed for the world to display properly. If they weren't used in building the world, then it's not a good thing they download with the world file, which is why I wanted to report it to the creator.

It's entirely possible i mistakenly used CC when i didn't mean to. Since the update, CAW loads quickly with your dccache folder installed, so I just keep it there now. Maybe i should disable CC next time, hehe.

EDIT: I just looked in game to see what these items looked like, and I do not recall ever using them, so I have no idea why they attached to my world. Odd.

As for the library and skill books, I can release a fix for it to the exchange if it proves to be bothersome for players.

I'm having some trouble downloading this. Not sure why. I have been planning to delete all cc on my pc, so I thought why not now. So when this wouldn't install I went and deleted EVERYTHING. I uninstalled all of the games and then did a fresh install. The town, sorry, the county still won't install. Any ideas?

I'm okay with the cc, if you used it in the build, but you should put a note in your first post as to what the items are. That way noone will panic if they see items in the launcher they didn't install and will also know which 2 items to uninstall, if it is found they can't run this big world and need to delete it.

As for the libraries, I would also just add a note in the first post that those bookcases need to be added to have skill books. It's way too simple a thing to handle for you to need to upload a fix and players with Ambitions should already know how to do this since EA forgot to put those bookcases into the Twinbrook library, lol.

Dolldrms1, i've already uploaded a few fixes and posted links on the main post.

Well, before reinstalling the game I was able to download it. Ended up downloading it 4 times and it showed that it was already installed. HOWEVER....it never showed in the downloader. It never showed under the "installed worlds". Now I have just uninstalled the original game again (the the EPs) and I will try and download again. It seems I can't even download it now, let alone install it. I have nothing on my pc, no mods, no cc. no monkey installer nothing...*******

Try this: Download and save the world to your computer (dont 'open with') and put it into your downloads folder. Then install it via the launcher.

I appreciate the help. I'm so frustrated right now. My game won't even start when I push the start on the launcher. I'm so made I could cry. Don't worry I won't, but I have gotten rid of months even yrs of cc and for what! Anyway, it took me for ever to re-install all of the games again, but it seems I messed something up so now I will have to un-install all the games again and re-install them again.

I do thank you for the help you are offering me. I really need it right now. I will add cc again (slowly) but I cleaned up my pc and red county was just the catalyst for todays events...But if I cant run red county this would have all been for nothing

I will do what you suggested once I'm back on and the game and EPs are all working again. Can you tell me if I needed to have that monkey installer on my pc or not? I really don't have ANYTHING on my pc right now. I haven't even gone in and changed the virtual memory thing yet (long story).

Its for downloading certain files, mostly cc stuff, you can google it to know more about it. I don't think I want to play this game if I can't get my cc. I only take the best stuff created, but the game slows if you have too much cc so I dumped everything to start over. Fresh prince makes the best cc cars...etc. I have an account with TSR for 6 months of cc. I know you don't use it in the red county but wasn't sure if I still needed it to install your world.

I am going to go and install all of the EA stuff that I bought with sim points and the free stuff that came with the game registrations. Then I will try and download red county again. Wish me luck!
