I'd like to ask. What is with the other posts about waiting and "going into round 2" are we competing for our jobs :O ?

Today we will be posting a list of applicants who we are considering to take on the job (We will also be emailing these people the same thing). Now, this is why we are doing it: At first, Ben and I did not want first come first serve in case people with amazing talent came too late and couldn't get the job. So we thought we would just be able to go through all the apps in a mass and decide the best ones for each job category. BUT so far we are amazed since we have literally all superbly talented and amazing applicants for the same jobs. So, since there are more amazing applicants per job category than we can hire, at the end of next week we will put out a little "challenge" for each job category. This challenge will probably have a week to complete but only those we say today and those we say by the end of next week can do this challenge. So yes, in a way you might be competing for your job but we believe it is the only fair way to chose since it will really show what each applicant can do to their best abilities. In the meantime, I believe those we will announce today will have to just create a headshot by the end of this coming week. More details about that will be in our announcement later today. Hope you all understand and it is not too complicated!

yes elasticgirl...we got her app! i put it in the apps folder, and theres a link at the bottom of her email taking you to her 2 apps!
