Writin_Reg wrote:For you guys using Twallans mods - he has the updates to the newest game update up. Just thought I would let you know that I saw Overwatch, Errortrap, MC and SP up to the new patch as well as a bit more tweaking on them for ST and store pc as well. So if you have the newest game update you can get the matching mods. I do not really know about all the rest as I only checked those and the readme's on them.
Thanks for the heads up WR. I'll be updating the game in the next few days. Those are the 4 I use, and I just can't play without them.
I just ordered Showtime Yes I'm a bit behind, but I found it for under 20 bucks new.
I'm still lurking about, I've been pretty busy with real life stuff. We have had a good year with a few ups and downs but overall its been pretty good. Work has slowed down and summer is trying to burst upon us. I think it got to near 85 today but by dinner time it had dropped to 50 something, it's now about 35 out. The wind is crazy even for here, I don't want it to completely stop but I do get tired of dirt and sand thrown in my face
All the lots, and world pictures look fantastic! I have a few I want to download but have to update before I can.
Hope everyone is doing well. I know everyone has had some ups and owns this year, I'm hoping that turns around for everyone and we can say that 2012 was a good year despite it's beginning!

I have them too, love them. Mr. C did a great job There's TS2 grasses and everything. I had a look in the CAW textures thread ( http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/181739.page ) but I can't find them Hopefully Rflong knows where she got them.

DM, great I plan on downloading your new GFH. I just love it. I checked my installed content and I do not believe I have the sky diving center and I thought I dl'd all the cars. Do you happen to know the site where I could find it? I did some checking at the store and couldn't find it.
Gem Yahoo I am so happy CC has been found.
Rflong that is a very pretty world.
I hope to be able to play today, didn't get a chance yesterday, because my granddaughter was very busy designing a very Gothic castle-like mansion for her sim family in Matkooski. I have to say, she is getting very good at home building. We returned her to her family yesterday after dinner. They are going camping later on this week at San Simeon. I need to get back to SS and resume testing. I am looking forward to playing my sim in Tangie's beautiful Mediterranean mansion.
Amy glad to see you back.
Edit. DM I found it. Next time I look for something I need to remember to wear my computer glasses.

Hi everyone! Nice to hear from you, Amy, I'm sure you've been very busy but it's always great to hear what you're up to. Hope you like your new (well, not so new now!) job.
Always nice to hear from you too, Dutchysim. Glad you enjoyed your vacation! I'll go back and add your new sim and house after I post or I might forget.
Rflong I also love the flat build world! I can see why you think it looks a little like SV but I can tell that's it's different world. It's really very pretty.
It sounds like you had a very nice visit with your granddaughter, Rukaya. Hope you get a chance to play. Be sure to try out that sky diving center. Too bad it's a rabbit hole but you can send a sim off now and then to keep them busy and increase their fun. Does it increase athletic? Does anyone remember? I guess I need to use it again myself. Ha!
Gem I am so happy they corrected the mistake of removing CC, and that you rec's and downloads are all intact. Big cheer from me!

DM, I dl'd GFH and checked it out. I love it. My problem is going to be deciding where I am going to place my Sim. There so many very nice homes to choose from, particularly when money is no object. The only change I made was adding a lot for the cat jungle, for my sim's cat to play in. You did a fantastic job. Thank you for all your hard work and for sharing it with us.

Hi all!
Speaking of the sky-diving bldg., I read in another forum that it won't be available after 6/8/12, so if anyone needs it, it might be good to get it. It's in the Ford Focus Thrill Seeker Pack in branded content.
Good to see you Simbody! Oddly enough, I come from testing the Suburban Springs world and had put you and the girls in that game. The sim I had been controlling had just introduced himself to you.
Rukaya, glad you are testing Sub Springs, too. That's a big world and there is lots of ground to cover. I also hope you enjoy the most recent GFH as much as I do.
Rflong, I sat here and tilted my head left and right and I don't think your world looks like SV. It looks awesome and I vote you don't give up on it, LOL. I know flat worlds aren't always the most beautiful but boy, are they ever functional and since updating world usually means adding lots, they are hands down the easiest to deal with.
Even I think those TS2 terrain paints look most interesting, in theory anyway. You creators will have to let us know how you think they look when actually applied in a world.
My one pic for today is from my LL game. I still love the interactions children got with Generations. This is little Serena Starr, daughter of the Alienia Starr sim whose pic I put up recently. She holds promise of being gorgeous like her mom but inherited her dad's normal skin. If she turns out to be as nice looking YA as I think she will, I'll upload her. She does have green hair and green eyebrows, LOL, but I'll change those as she ages. Anyway, I still get tickled when they play driving and whip out the driving helmet. Just another sweet moment in the life of a child.
BTW, Reg, you know we'll be sending positive thoughts your way for your bone marrow test. Thanks for the kind words on the redo but Gem did such a good job with this bldg., it's made it easy to redo. Best of all is that it functions flawlessly.

Thank you DD It was deff not one of my fav buildings in LI , but i'm glad it seems usefull enough to serve more purposes than simply taking room and looking ugly in LI LOL
ETA: forgot to mention that I really love what you did with it
Rflong i'm really intrested to see what you are going to do with both of those worlds.

Thanks DD - I sort of feel silly thinking about that test here at the beginning of the Summer and it isn't until Late September - but having had this one before I know what to expect - and it's sort of like thinking about someone pulling out ones teeth with pliers and no anesthetics kind of thoughts. So I am really going to be grateful if that EP comes out on that Projected date as surely I will get my mind off the thing getting an EP I've wanted for so long. I hope so. I really want to slap myself for being such a baby about it as harping this far in advance I keep telling myself is ridiculous and childish - but it does no good. The thing gives me nightmares and forces me to think about it. Then too not knowing what direction one is heading until it is done is also a bit unnerving - but anyway thank you. I at least still feel fine most of the time - enough so that I want to assume everything is still good. I do have one friend though that likes to put a cover on my bubbly belief I am still fine by telling me I have to look at it all realistically just in case it is not. I told her she was a saddest - as her ideas make me tense. Oh well - enough of it - it is really just my problem anyway - and I must try and not think of it period.
My Sweet treats supposed to be here one day this week anyway - so I am going to go make some ridiculousy sweet and sticky happy places and smear them all over the deliciously happy Cake Island. That should keep my thoughts occupied and childishly happy. I hope.

Me too cause... I'm finally getting this idea for a Fantasy world. A valley with a river running through it, separating two towns. Trees surrounding them, mountains on both sides... and two different groups of Sims. Not too green of grass, more of fall colors and two castles one on each side.
And now that leaves me with a dilemma of to start it or hope it doesn't fade?
Ah, the life of a short memory.
