I never seen anyone make an actual "play and chat" type thread, but if I "stole" this idea from someone, somehow, then forgive me I guess.

There is a trick to seeing a post on the top of a new page that I call the "invisipost". In the url after /jforum/posts/lists/ there is a number which represents the number of posts. There are 15 to a page. At the top of this page the number is 11715. To see the next page you need to add 15 - 11730.

Well, my game is loaded.. So I think I might make my couple move into a larger house so that they can have a baby in a few days when they both reach the top of their career.

Alaina and Ian are both doctors. I'm playing in Twinbrook right now, I've gotten pretty attached to all the ugly people there .

i wonder if a gamer chat program like xfire would work while the sims is running? i never tried it

It's weird... my game runs fast when I'm playing, but it takes a million years to start up. Hahaha. So I'm still waiting.

I only played in Twinbrook once since I got Ambitions. I like it, but I love Sunset Valley. And I can never play one game for too long. I always delete it and start a new.

I never thought of using xfire, but I bet it would work. I play my sims in windowed mode so that it's an easy click back out to my chrome or whatever else I'm doing.

My game takes about 3-4 minutes to load generally. I usually will delete a game after a week and start a new one, but I'm going to really try to make a "legacy" with this one.. Although I'm not really following the rules haha.

i dont follow the rules in mine either. but i use mods, so i figure that automaticaly makes my legacy not official anyway lol.

I never follow the rules for Legacies, and I normally only make it to the 3rd or 4th generation.. then quit 'cause I get bored.

I always use the Make Needs Stacic cheat... and drag relationship bars up..
And I tried a legacy story once, it was horrible I think..

I cheat too much on their needs. I stopped using money cheats though.

my game is up finally. Anna is level 5 in the painting career, and Grigory is level 4 in the political career. Their baby, Lena, has been laying in her crib since she was born.. I wonder when her bday is.

Poor baby. I usually just age the babies right up to toddlers, teach them all the stuff then sit them down with the peg bog and xylophone, and let them play till they age up again :p.

That's what I do once they are toddles.

well i have played a family today, and I have mummified them!
