Do you have any cc including patterns from the exchange? My son was having simporting issues with me because of that. I have to remove his patterns tomorrow.

I do on my desktop, but I'm adding the game on my laptop and it will be cc free. Only stuff from the store

Click on the elipses dots ( ... ) on your control panel, while in game. On the bottom of the menu you should see simport. Click on that and your simport book should open giving you the option to host or send on the upper left page. If anyone is looking for a host it'll be on the right page, where you have the option to accept or decline. If you accept a hosting job, you should get a tag on the map telling when and where your friend's Sim will be performing in your town. Likewise, if you "send" your Sim on tour your sim's icon sill gray out until they return. If your Sim is accepted and completes the tour you'll get a pop-up in your game in the upper right corner (where all the in-game notices are) telling you how your Sim did and that you should have a look in your simport book for the rewards. A stamp will be filled in.

I was wary of this in the beginning, but it is turning out to be quite fun. The only trouble I've had is having my touring Sim get "stuck" because perhaps no other player has accepted him. Then you get the option to click and stop the tour, freeing you up to host or send your Sim again.
