Anyway, @Sadodosah, I think it just means 'Rich' in their profiles.
Thank you! ^^

skinimini - blogging your story is a fantastic thing to do, you can look back at any time at what you have done and accomplished. There's also a sense of satisfaction when you find out people have read your story. thats just my opinion though. if you do decide to blog, go to wordpress.com to get a free website. Have fun!

I am totally going to create my own legacy that follows under these rules. I think I am going to use Bergson as my last name. (very strange,I know.) My legacy will have to wait till christmas, when I get WA. This is completely a test to see if it is any good.
In the mean time happy simming and prosper in your legacies!

OH MY GAWSHHH!
I've never really wanted to do a legacy on Sims 3, it's so much harder for sims to find a mate in this game! I read through all these rules and such and now I REALLY REALLY REALLY REEEEALLY WANT TO MAKE A LEGACY But I can't I can't even play my game. Stupid taxi glitch. I'm trying to fix it so hopefully a legacy is acheivable for meee
ANOTHER RULE / MY QUESTION.
Well I had a question about the heir's spouse... I forgot though. It was really important! I thought it should be added to the rules... OMG, I'll read a bit again and see if I remember

Nope, I completely lost it. Oh well.

OMG this looks like so much fun! I'm gonna do it!
Gosh I don't think I've even made it to the THIRD generation of one family. This is going to be a serious challenge for me! Wish me luck!
I'll probably blog about it, if I do I'll post the link. (:
EDIT: I've got a question! Say your legacy sim has 3 kids. One heir and two spares right? does that mean if the spares have children, they don't count toward the legacy?

I do know that spares count to the bloodline, and i believe that every sim that can trace his or her familiy tree directly to the founder, is part of the bloodline. And with that they can earn points as long as they live in the family house.
But in the case that the spares are the 4th generation, and the heir doesnt have kids yet. I dont think that in this situation the kids of the spares counts towards the 5th gen. I think only your heir can do that. (unless of course you make one of your spouses the heir )

Okay so I asked this question before and never really got an accurate response.
Once your legacy starts making a lot more money. (They will) Can you download a lot from TS3 or other sites like TSR. I am not the best builder and I even tried using eplans.com. (It was mentioned earlier on the thread)And I made some rooms either too big or to small for my sims. I have found some very nice homes for my sims on TSR and really want to download one. My sims have worked hard and deserve a nice home, unfortunately I suck at construction.I am way better at interior design lol. So can someone provide the answer??

"Legacy House: The lot initially moved into by your founder. You may not move the family to another lot during the entire challenge. All heirs must be born in this house (or rather, born from sims living at this house, even if they use the hospital to give birth)"
If you can place a house while a lot is occupied, then you may use a house you download. The other alternative is to download the house, place it on an empty lot and copy it to graph paper. You can make notes of the wallpaper, flooring, windows, etc to use in your recreation and would then have the house you want without designing it yourself.
But the short answer is no, you can't move them from their lot to another house.

Okay! I was a bit legacy challenge junkie when I had the sims 2, for the sims 3 it is harder than it was before but I am managing the best I can really. I am...very very surprised though about having a founder who had /triplets/ and then /twins/ almost back to back! The house is nuts, but they aren't broke yet and the children are turning out very very...interesting to say the least. I have learned how hard it is to care for 5 babies at one time though. Wagh! I was wondering though, how many people are still blogging and sharing their blogs with others and their stories and such.
