Hey there. I never got the hang of installing CC, but if you are prepared to use the exchange I have a quick way of getting loads. Fully copy the link in my siggy for a safe, non CC download, which includes only hairs.
Now accepting Friend requests. Though I still don't use them.

For the love of all things sim, I am not trying to be mean but the reason the exchange is so crappy is not EA's fault, it's because people don't pay attention to what they are downloading, or at least test things before they re-upload for everyone else...and mess up our games too. Do some research before you download, and word to the wise...if you don't know what you are doing, you probably shouldn't download cc at all...but if you insist, just don't put it on the exchange. http://sims3.crinrict.com/badcc/en/BadCC_Clothing.html Check that out!

But be aware that NO WHERE is totally safe. If a commerical site like this one, with the exchange, can't keep it totally safe then what hope does a private fan-site have?
I have never had a problem with Peggy Zone
There ARE problems with Peggy sims.
http://sims3.crinrict.com/?p=377 Just to name one, but there are others, and I agree with the fact that no site is completely 100% safe. Every time EA has a patch the cc's can go funky. TSR is good, but you need to know WHAT to stay away from...I posted the site at the bottom. Also just stay away from anything that is SHYMOO and waters things.
