i want to start a legacy but i want a real challenge...anyone has any suggestions? i did hear one about having a male sim try to do a baby challege and get everyone pregnant but then once u get them all preggers n u try to hit on another girl, she cud be his daughter?? idk lol

I think the Sim you're talking about is August Sim 3 of 3. It's fun playing this challenge. I play it in epic mode and in just one saved game so they can all interact with each other. Try it.

Hi, just popped into the forums to say I've finally finished my legacy challenge! Thanks to Pinstar for the rules. It wasn't too hard, just more time consuming than anything! Anyhoos, it was nice to be kept busy, lol!

What if you are using a Matriarchy and your female sim has all boys...?
Or your male sim has all girls...?

I guess if that happens then you just fail the optional challenge... My first heir is a guy and so was my founder, but still not sure if I am even doing Patriarchy

OMG! I just read the whole thread. All 174 pages of it! *pant pant* Any way, I do have a question. Is the moodlet manager allowed? It seems against the spirit of the rules, but with a renaissance sim as the 2nd gen heir, I'm kind of thinking I'm going to need it. And Stormfeather, if you see this you have the most awesome legacy ever! I'm just not willing to sign up to blog site to comment when I don't blog.

Moodlet managers are fine. I didn't overly abuse mine because I thought using it too much would take away part of the challenge, but there's no law against them and they can be very handy indeed.

I use moodlet managers, probably a little more than I should, now that I think about it. XD Still, most of my moodlet managers usually get lost in moves/deaths. At one point I had four moodlet managers and everyone had one. Then, slowly, I now have one that circulates to whomever needs it. ^.^

NOOOOOOOO! My Legacy founder hubby Leighton just died of electrocution! , I was part way through my first attempt at his portrait, and it turned out okay. He was about to turn elder. I had two opportunities to fix and upgrade stereos. Since he had some free time I was going to have him fix the first one, then upgrade it immediately after. He had high handiness(Skill point 6 or 7), so when he got singed, I was shocked.

He immediately, went to fix the other one. I was so shocked, it took me a minutea to tell him not to the next one. I clicked it to cancel, but immediately after I canceled it, He got electrocuted. Nooo! I screamed. But then grim came and take him away. *sob* I shall miss him. Even though he was a cheating dog and had a romantic interest with Holly Alto when he moved in. He left behind, three teen daughter(triplets), a single moved out son, and Sam who was married to Sandi (French) Sekemoto. On the bright side, It gave me an idea for a challenge for me.

I'm going to try and get a ghost of every kind for the family graveyard . They are Fire,Drowning,Old Age, Electrocution[Leighton!], Starvation, and Mummy's Curse since I have WA. Possibly more if they come with Expansion packs.
