So I decided to gift my mom a Dr. Pepper code.. well it has been 45min now and I am trying to assist her to get the gift.. well apparently after 30 min she already had an account and she could not figure out the "forgot your password" so I had to do that... now she is writing down the password they sent her.. all of this just for a Dr. Pepper item. I love my mom but she is so not computer Savvy so to speak... We shall see how much longer it takes for her to just get to the gifts then I have to explain to her how to get it from the Sims site. She is laughing so hard right now as am I. I just wanted to share this for everyone to have a good laugh with us LOL

Sounds like me and my mum. If I know she's phoning me, I usually answer with 'Ellie's Computer Helpline...' I have to let her off being hopeless on her computer since she's now 70!
