I just realised that I might not get to play The Sims very often, so I might not be able to use the prize and I would like to give it to someone who might actually get some use out of it. Once again I am really sorry BryonyRae for any inconvenience I may have caused. But you can all see the house I created any way .

Skeeter, I'm sorry you've dropped, but thanks for showing us the house.

Edit: By the way, you could nominate someone else to receive the prize in your stead.

Thanks Bryony but I might watch from the sidelines (meaning I won't nominate anyone).

Hmm... I think I may try something! Sounds like fun, AND if I were to somehow win the Bauhaus set is on my wishlist, so it'd be an ideal prize. I've got an idea partially drawn out already, so we'll see if the execution is as good as my imagination!

That's what the girl I built a house for kept saying, but it took me 4 days and many hours to finish. Okay, it was also massive and a little more complex than "Okay, time to throw a room on, where else can I squeeze a door in?"

Legacies... I tell ya. When they just start popping out babies like there is no tomorrow, sometimes you just don't get a chance to build something proper.

To keep things related, this house is not going to take me anywhere close to four days to finish. I've done all the landscaping, all the building, and about a third of the decorating/furnishing. Bedrooms, one bathroom, and a few embellishments here and there and I can play test it with my new buddy, Beta House. Play testing won't take long, since I haven't used many cheats to place furniture, just flowers and garden lights.

And rocks. Because everybody needs a nice boulder here and there.

The architecture style is something I've NEVER done before, Sims 1, 2, or 3, and I'm excited about how it's turning out.

Everybody has such AMAZING entries!

I am done, house is tested, and ready to upload. But later. Going to dinner now. ByronyRae, I have tried roughly 10 times to get Custard to work on my laptop, but it simply WON'T, so I can't double-check for CC for you. Just a heads-up for later when I get back and upload the house and stuff.

There shouldn't be anything, but I did recolor some EA furniture and save them as patterns to make matching it all easier, so if CC patterns show up, that's what it is. I don't think there is any other CC that snuck in.

Well, I'm pleased to announce that thanks to you guys, I actually finished a build! I present Zenfinity, a home I built in conjunction with this contest that follows its rules.

It's a 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath single story retreat. Situated on a 40×40 lot and costing ~221k furnished (97k unfurnished), the home features a central courtyard which includes a pool, jacuzzi, and many zen touches. Inside, you’ll find open living/dining/kitchen and an entertainment area with a pool table and bar in addition to the bedrooms and baths. There are also two narrow side yards with additional activities for kids and adults. There’s plenty of room for vehicles with covered parking for two and additional parking space in the long driveway.

Here are some shots of the home, but let me refer you to my slideshow for the majority of images.

The home is available for download here.
