I wanted to say I love the entries once again. Everyone has come up with such different looks. I rec'd everything I could. And now that I've figured some things out I'll be back on track for the next one and more detailed responses for entries.
Good luck with the job hunting!

HERE IS WHERE I AM EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL ISSUES! I HAVE MADE ATLEAST 5 ATTEMPTS TO UPLOAD STORIES 45 PAGES OR MORE IN LENGTH, YET EACH TIME THEY FAIL TO SAVE! FINALLY I DECIDED TO UPLOAD AN ALBUM ON PHOTO BUCKET FOR JUDGING PURPOSES HOWEVER AT THE MOMENT IT APPEARS TO ONLY CONTAIN THE LAMBS COVE SHOTS. I WILL DELETE THIS INFO AND POST A NEW LINK AS SOON AS I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. FOR KNOW, HERE IS WHAT I HAVE
http://s738.photobucket.com/albums/xx27/mryjn1976/The%20Lion%20 and%20%20The%20Lamb/
Lot size address final costs:
lambs cove 10x10 $37,312 sunset valley
lions lair 10x10 $49,409 sunset valley
lot description & details:
Both lots are small 10x10, micro homes. In both builds homes are two story as building up or down was the only way to make the homes large enough to sufficiently accommodate the items sims need for basic survival, comfortably. Both homes contain open kitchens, and I place both on a privately owned strip of beach that is shared by both owners. In the case of Lamb's Cove the decor is modern, yet subtle and mostly white and soft blue shades. As for the Lion's Lair, I used more natural wood and animal patterns to give the home some jungle feel to it.
custom content:
i believe there to be none outside of ep items possible store items, but as i have few of these, doubt there are any present.
constructive criticism:
always

Yes anyone can enter these challenges. The only stupid question is one that is not asked!

Optional Challenges entered?: none
Constructive Criticism?: no judgemental comments, thanks, just positive comments (or none at all).
Experience level: intermediate
Lot Name: BNS Lion and BNS Lamb
Lot address, size, and final cost: Just past 200 Ely Road in Riverview on 10x10s.
Lion: 69,230
Lamb: 46,347
Details and Rational:
Lion: I made the lion home look like a lion with a chimney tail, brick wall haunches, low brick walk edgers for the front paws, extensions as ears, squinty eyes, and a big mouth with sharp teeth. The walkway is a big red tongue that leads into the mouth inside with teeth on either side and ear cavities, which are the kitchen on one side and a bath on the other. Then, you enter the stomach / living room or go down into the small and large intestines.
The furnishings are sleek and minimal to represent the lion and his normal habitat. The colors are all warm.
Lamb: The lamb home is structurally the same as the lion's, but the big open mouth with sharp teeth is replaced with a pink muzzle and the squinty eyes are now big, wide, innocent orbs. There are four windows placed two on either side of the house to represent the long slender legs. The wall covering looks like wool with pink highlights to reflect the pink nose and ears. Now the tongue is pink instead of blood red.
The furnishings are softer.

Spring Cleaning, Part I
Deadline: March 23, 7 p.m. Eastern
It's that time of year. Time to dust things off, figure out what to keep, and what it's time to part with.
We've all got them (or at least I know I do!): those half-finished projects waiting for a strike of inspiration, the "photo shoot" to get it ready to advertise on The Exchange, a couple of trees and flowers for the yard. These next two weeks, let Build-n-Share be your motivator and coach. Tackle that big project (or a few). Show off your favorite/s here on the board for recs and feedback. Judging will be based on the whole of your work, whether that be one build or several. If you submit several works, for the media to be used for judging, please limit yourself to 30 shots so the judges don't have to sift through too much to process the work. You may provide a link with additional images if you like for members of our supportive community.
Slap on that fresh coat of paint, rip up the carpet and put down some hard wood, get that house ready for spring and its debut on the Exchange!
Looking forward to seeing everyone's work.
Addict

Hi, k2m1too.
You and me both. I should do some spring cleaning of my own.
Hope you'll share one (or a couple!) with us in the coming weeks.

Constructive Criticism?: Please.
Experience level: Intermediate(if that's ok?)I noticed there is no longer an intermediate/advanced class? I'm pretty rusty on building right now.
Lot Name: The Lion, The Lamb
Lot address, size, and final cost: I placed both lots on Pinochle Point.
Lion: 35,158
Lamb: 36,044
Details and Rational:
Lion: I went with a masculine, kind of old fashioned men's club vibe. Lots of leather, dark wood and rich colors.
Lamb: Much lighter colors, also a bit more on the classic side, more delicate and feminine.
The exteriors are identical, except for the sculptures.

I'm so stoked for this challenge. I haven't built for about 6 months, and haven't submitted since the Olympic Village challenge as far as I can recall... this rekindled several pipe-dream projects.

I'll see what I can do. I have a couple of modern/contemporary mansions and a Victorian floating that I just need to finish decorating. We'll see what happens!
