Poltical addition: Inspirational speech gives you +relationship to EVERYONE nearby, not just the person your talking to.

While not so much a career, writing upwards of 25 books (and or max skill?) gives you the ability to write a masterpiece (can do multiple times) which will net you upwards of 12,000 a week. 2000 pages.

The ambitious and workaholic trait really goes with EVERY career.
And genius trait helps with medical and any career that requires logic skill to progress.

Military high levels also use handiness skill so the trait "handy" will help there

the Artistic trait is good for the Journalisim career (you learn writeing faster)

Political/Charismatic- After so many charismatic points, you can greet people and be Alluring or Funny, which makes them your friend almost instantly! Once you become governor your carpool is a sports car and you get driven around town in a black stretch limo.
