NO MATTER WHAT I DO THIS CHEAT DOESENT WORK

Well I must be blond... I have the cheats on cause motherlode works for me.. I go in to the buy mode buydebug on and it tells me it's a unknown command!

1. Open the cheat panel, use testingCheatsEnabled on
2. Open the cheat panel again, use buyDebug on

Just to clarify has anyone actualy imput the cheat code "buydebug" in and got it to work on the bog standard no expansions sims 3 ? because thats the only reason I can think of

Its kinda easy you do testingcheatsenabled true then get the cheat box up again and right in buyDebug on ok ? you get cars on it as well. Oh yeah I've been asked alot of qustions about how to get a teen pregnant or tell how long your baby will be born or what gender it is . So you right in that cheat I just told you go on spawners with the 3 dots go to bottom get up the grave ad press shift on it your get ideas press make sim pregnant and there you go! and how to tell gender marry or be best friends with a good doctor then ask him!!! normally it will be a girl from what you been eating anyway G2G byee xx

BuyDebug was added with World Adventures. It probably doesn't work if you just have the base game. The only cheats you should expect to work are the ones that came with the base game.

I only have the base game installed (I just got Late Night but haven't installed it yet), and buydebug works for me.

Try this:

1. Start the game.
2. Don't enter a game yet. while you're in the menu hit control + shift + c.
3. type in "testingcheatsenabled true" and hit enter
4. go into your game.
5. hit control + shift + c and then type in "buydebug on" and hit enter.
6. go to buy mode.
7. Go to "sort by function" and choose the new category with the question mark..

Nothing seems to work for me either. And the cheat bar thing doesn't recognise more than one word. For example when I type 'buydebug on' it will say 'unknown: buydebug'

Ok explain this:

When I put buydebug on it comes on but like when i go to place a keystone it says use buydebug specifics to change the shape. How do I do this?

ok, I was having major troubles with this too, it turns out that you need to go to the sim store and get world creator onto you computer and then type buydebug, oherwise it wont work I hope I helped clear that up

I used the buydebug cheat about an hour ago and i used a room remover thing to see what it did and now i cant put anything in the room and i can't take the remover out. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you activate the following cheat code you will be able to remove most objects (including sims - carefull!):

CTRL + SHIFT + C
Type in without the quotes: "moveobjects on" and enter

Delete whatever object you want. This cheat also disable the normal placement requirements, so you can place objects over each other and in positions you would not normally place it.

does the debug cheat work with the regular sims 3

uuh buydebug is only for world adventures it is not for soms 3.....
