My realistic horses

Decided to make a flaxen horse, and here she is! Im pretty happy with the outcome

lovely i like how they gloss a little, i was worried that the horses in the game wouldnt look very glossy, I will now be able to make a horse that looks like Black Beauty but rename it Shadow

They are all absolutely amazing - no, BEYOND amazing, they are just THAT good. My favorites are Lucky Charm and Sir Lancelot. I can already see my mouse cursor dancing on the download button...

Adding a medium-dark shade of palomono before i go to bed. Wanted it to be really shiny to get that golden tint, so it has pretty many layers.

True, their offspring might look a little wierd in moste cases, some colors breed better then other. To me it isn't a problem since the ea horses breed wierd aswell, and i would still manually pick a color for my foals even if i used theirs (i'm a perfectionist). I wish they would have came up with some other way for genetics to work.

To make the problem a little bit smaller i'm useing transparent layers, so the colors blend some.

A few examples of the number of layers:

My horsecolors:
Palomino, 36 layers + the baselayer (export file size, coat color, 115KB)
Black, 26 + base (export file size, coat color, 103KB)
Chestnut, 10 + base (export file size, coat color, 102KB)

Ea horsebreed colors:
Paint, 25 + base (export file size, coat color, 110KB)
Gelderlander, 6 + base (export file size, coat color, 87KB)

And just for fun i had to play a little with the genetics, who needs sleep anyway?

btw that rustic greyish color was lovely to me even if its not as realistic xD

These coat colours are amazing, I will definately be downloading some of them to use on my horses when I get Pets!

What beautiful coat colors! I DL'd the dappled grey. I can't wait to see what roan coats you come up with.
