The last few times I've purchased SimPoint bundles were $20, $20, and $40. I received the mirror, unicorn statue, and the double-bed. Have yet to get a badge. Not sure how this works. I'm assuming that I won't be gifted something I already own, but that's only a guess.

BD, it is random, because I only bought 10 dollar bundles and never once got a badge or duplicate. I had two different beds, a throne, two different chairs, a mirror, a table, a bookcase, and a bear.

@Nik - I've gotten tons of duplicate badges, but I've never gotten duplicate objects. I'm done buying points unless there's another big sale on them--it's just too frustrating dealing with their "random" prize. What's really bad is that I'd gladly buy the objects if EA put them on sale, but by doing the prizes this way, they're guaranteeing I won't spend as much on points as I would if I could pick what I get.

Badges were a ridiculously bad idea to include in the giveaway anyway. I don't think I've seen a single post from anybody saying they liked getting a badge.

Has anyone heard if there will be a sale on simpoints any time soon? I need to buy some points, but would love to wait for a good sale!!
