I too got the Katy Perry edition. I love Katy Perry and I probably woulda paid the extra $10 for just the limited edition with Katy Perry on the cover and maybe 2 exclusive items. But I am a sucker like that.

The Katy Perry limited edition is €27.97 in my gamestop. (Country is Ireland), I changed that into dollars and it turns out to be "36.937182 U.S. dollars"...

I'm buying 2 copies since I have 2 laptops and so I can simport with my BF. If Walmart sells the KP edition, I'll be spending $90 for the games, 1 KP and 1 Limited.

Ditto lol, I like Katy Perry also but I mostly ordered it for the extra items and an extra ten bucks isn't much for what I'm getting.

I paid 53.00 plus some change and that included shipping.

I went with the Katy Perry edition just for the extras, though I don't mind Katy Perry, but the stuff was the bigger temptation

50 dollars isn't alot... i'd pay even more just to have a nice quality expansion with many things in it.

I hate EA Hong Kong raising the price of all new games released after Sep. 2011.

I'm from China mainland, there even isn't official video game retailer(our ******* government blocked everything)....

so I can only buy The Sims from Hong Kong retailers on Internet...

WHAT. That's just...outrageous. I ordered mine from Amazon. The shipping's about 41 dollars here. I wager that's around the same as in HK.

I bought 2 KP edition, one for me and one for my sister. That's a hundred bucks right off. Then the shipping...ughh why am I such a fan.

It's only an extra £5!! Oh sorry, im in the UK and $50 is £31 here! $40 is £25, it's only an extra £5 for some content!! Thats only one pound less than what it cost's to get 10simpoints, it's a good price if im honest, usually sims games cost about £20-£30, so it's not bad.
