Calmorezoo: River View Fire Department looks GREAT! And I think all the praise for your Boardwalk lot is well-deserved. That is my favorite thing of yours I think (though I really, really like the Vet office, too).

Username: Antoine
Preferred builder* (if none, leave blank):
Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): Modern Contemporary (I would like the outside to appear as more traditional, yet still modern and luxurious)
Which EPs and SPs do you have? Generations, Pets, High-End Loft , Ambitions, Outdoor Living, Late Night, World Adventures
If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)?
Lot size: Large (anything above 30 X 30)
Number of bedrooms: 4
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? Emphasis on very luxurious and sophisticated master bedroom with bold colors and choices in furniture (modern, yet not too cold looking). Same goes for one of the other bedrooms to serve as a guest bedroom.
Number of bathrooms: 6 (master bath, bath off of one of the bedrooms, one bath for last two bedrooms to share, and last three bathrooms scattered throughout the house)
Favorite color schemes: Beiges, Browns, bold dark colors, such as Blue-Grays, lighter Grays, masculine Purples, bold modern patterns, always white wood-work/doors, etc.
Colors you dislike: Dark wood work, overly-feminine colors (i.e. pinks), busy patterns
Do you want it furnished? YES! Main focus really on living space (i.e. foyer/entrance, kitchen, eating area/dining room, formal living room, office, family living area, guest bathrooms, master bedroom/bathroom).
Do you want it decorated? Yes. Same ideas stated above. Please design and decorate to look as though children DO NOT live there.
Can store content be used? Yes
Can 3rd party CC be used? YES!
Can CAP patterns be used? Yes
Link to specific house or plan (if none, leave blank):
Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? Certainly a tasteful outdoor space in backyard with small pool, eating area, bar, and outdoor kitchen. Lovely, well-lit curb appeal from the front yard with possibly a fountain and plant-life without making it look too tacky.
Additional instructions? My main emphasis is on the feel of the space and that it be modern, contemporary, luxurious, well-decorated, yet not too tacky. Please light every room accordingly. I would also LOVE a two-car garage (attached or detached from the house, doesn't matter), so please feel free to choose a lot that you feel will fit everything comfortably. Lastly, to give you an idea of the kinds of things I like in detail, the toilet paper roll next to the toilet, the vase of flowers next to the bed, or even some clutter on the office desk makes a space look more realistic, so I really hope you will be able to utilize decorations such as these. Thank you SO much! Hope to here from you.
I will claim this one.
Sending FR and if the requester could please contact me via my contact thread
Rose

Such a drama queen, Ru-sigher! Or are you practicing to be cast in a commercial about ruined laundry?
Page 3 is the new page 2? (It worked for you in the April thread - I thought I'd recycle it for you. )
Cal, keep your friends close and your fans closer. [I think that's how the GF line goes. Close enough.]

That might apply in a normal gym nightmare, but this ain't no normal place! In here, gym class never ends and there is no such thing as 'picked last' because DNA won't stop building and taking new requests.
This is a feel-good society made of wood glue, nails, staple guns, duct tape, carpet tacks, salon scissors, paint sticks, replacement light bulbs, shiny faucets, toilet plungers, chrome polish, pool cleaners, garden spades, mop buckets, floor wax, construction dumpsters, painter's tape, wallpaper paste, upholstery fabric, hall trees, sun catchers, caulk scrapers, horse shoes, nail clippers, welcome mats, scuff remover, plumbbobs, garage door openers, recycling bins, Windex,... I've run out.

LOL! I'm not even sure what you said, Cressie, but I'm CHOOSING to take it as a compliment!
You crack me up! Sometimes I think, "I wonder what it's like inside her head," then I become afraid and stop pondering those questions!
