2-4 Minutes at the starting loading screen, then roughly 8-12 to load a file. It was much worse before I deleted most of my cc, I'd say about 20 minutes to load a file.

My old computer took upwards of 15-20 minutes to load. My new computer takes about 30 sec-2 minutes to load up the front screen, then another 2-5 minutes to load a saved game.

The game loads in under 2 minutes. The world I choose takes more than 5 minutes. I have so much store and cc in my downloads folder, over 3gb. In ts2, that was nothing, but this game seems to be so much more sensitive.

The results are in!

The first bit took me 2 and a half minutes.
The save took 4 minutes to load.

In total: 6 and a half minutes. I thought it was longer if I'm honest.

I can usually go from clicking the icon to start the game to being in my saved game (if I know which one I want to play beforehand) in 5 minutes or less, with over 1000 pieces of CC/Store content, graphics on mid-level settings. My legacy may take a little longer, but it's also the second oldest save in my game.

For those of you who have downloaded a lot of CC... merge your package files. That way you dont have to delete any CC and your loading times will be A LOT faster.

When I have "ZERO" cc the game loads very quickly.

When I have a ton of EA Official Sim Store CC it takes a bit longer.

When I have a ton of non-EA CC it can take a few minutes to get the launch screen to come up.

When I have BAD CC it can take FOREVER[u] and I need to spend a saturday or sunday cleaning out the CC. Then it speeds up again.

From opening movie to playing a saved game probably takes 3-4 minutes. One thing I've noticed, after ST, if I signed in, it would take about 1-2 additional minutes. I just don't sign in anymore cause the chat with other players window is broke.
