Thanks Nikki and Althea, I have already sent in my scores a few hours ago to Nikki. So it should be up later tonight or tomorrow, I think.

ASSIGNMENT THREE SCORES
AND BEST OF ROUND THREE IS...
Iris Rose
Composition: 30
Creativity: 34
Background: 37
OVERALL: 102/120
Mia- Ouch! The amount of times i’ve done this. Oh the bruises on the bum! >.< I love this pic, her expression seems a teeny bit off to me though, somehow.
Cami – Ouchy! My five year old did this exact same thing yesterday and she was sore for some time afterwards! I love Iris's outfit and the party staging in general! My eye, however, is first drawn toward that wayward arm on the right before finding poor Iris on the ground. It just seems out of place (I know it's a guest's arm lol) there. Still, great shot and I hope Iris's bum recovered quickly lol
Rach- THe composition of the photo is really good. I think the way that the photo is angled is perfect for showing that the model has slipped. Overall good picture.
Angie- Haha, way to go, falling down the stairs XD Great picture! I love how it's set
up :]
Jemima Scott
Composition: 28
Creativity: 29
Background: 21
OVERALL: 78/120
Mia- Poor Jemima, nobody likes being stood up on their birthday [believe me, I’ve been there.] The lighting in the background could have been a little better, but otherwise, wonderful entry!
Cami – How sad that no one showed up to her party! I think you've made great strides from last week to this week though in your photos! I liked the details in your background - right up until the "wall of repeating balloon trees". The cluster of balloons really detracted from the background I felt. Plus these balloons didn't really seem to match with the balloons by the table so it felt sorta mish-mashy
Rach- Firstly, aww *pat pat*. Looking at this picture triggers sad emotions. Great use of space and background without compromising the model's face and expressions. Good job!
Angie- I'm sorry no one turned up at your party D: it's one thing when they can't go, but when they purposely don't go.. so sad! This was a gorgeous picture and it really displayed the story really well.
Dana Prescott
Composition: 28
Creativity: 31
Background: 29
OVERALL: 87/120
Mia- Oh no! Quick, call the fire department! I love this entry Poor Dana, party ruined by overcooked cupcakes. It’s hard for me to find criticism at this point. Perhaps she could have been a little closer?
Cami – Talk about disastrous! I hope they were able to put out the fire before the whole house went up! Overall, I liked the picture and the staging but the shadows and contrast felt harsh which was off putting to me. I'm not sure if it was the lighting in game or post processing that did it, it just felt "off".
Rach- This picture tells the story without even looking at the description. Really precise. Emotion on model clearly seen. Great picture!
Angie- O.O good lord! Noo, fire, go away DX Wow, that's a terrible birthday! Great picture, tho!
Nellie Sev
Composition: 24
Creativity: 24
Background: 23
OVERALL: 72/120
Mia- Oh dear, oh dear. Her expression is perfect. Poor Nellie, it really wasn’t a good day for her. The positioning of the camera is perfect as is the lighting. Bravo dear!
Cami – Harsh much! Who breaks up with someone ON their birthday? Geeze! Composition wise, this is a lovely shot. The lighting is great, the model is duly horrified at being broken up with on her birthday. I feel as if part of the story was missing from the picture though. Details in the background or seeing a little more of the boyfriend may have gone a long way to filling in the gaps for me.
Rach- Really love her expression here. Would help if there was more of the background or her bf's expression shown.
Angie- Wow, what a meanie -.- Who breaks up with someone on their birthday? haha. I docked some points for the background, it goes off into nothingness, but other than that I liked this one!
Trey Michaels
Composition: 30
Creativity: 28
Background: 28
OVERALL: 86/120
Mia- I love the picture, but it kind of lacks any wow factor for me. The lighting is off, which is a real shame.
Cami – As embarrassing as it was, it was probably a good thing she coerced him into that spot! hehe Lighting is really the main issue I have here, it's dark and as a result I can't really make out any background details or the aforementioned Charity.
Rach- A little dark but overall good use of minimal props in the background to bring out the story. AND your unicorn story, i can't even. XD
Angie- You, my friend, are very very brave. Karaoke in public!? No thank you! Haha, this was a gorgeous picture and I really loved it :] I'm sure you're a great singer too >.>
Milana Portens
Composition: 26
Creativity: 23
Background: 25
OVERALL: 74/120
Mia- Eep! I have a pathological fear of clowns...So I completely understand there! Because of the wide area the shot was taken in it’s hard to keep the focus on your model, as such my eye was drawn away from her. Remember, your focus needs to be on her.
Cami – Eek clowns! I'm not particularly fond of clowns myself! Nothing funny about 'em! Over all, this picture is nice though, good lighting and the details of the clown and guests are nicely done. Unfortunately my eye is drawn more toward the clown (either because of his outfit or the fact that he's slight off center) instead of Milana.
Rach- Ok that clown is just creepy. lol. Would be nice is her hands were a little bit lower so I can see the bottom half of her face. This picture tells alot just by looking at it. Would also help if the color of her dress was more striking than the clown. The clown took away the focus in this one. But otherwise good job!
Angie- CLOWNS. That clown scares me. O.O I can see how you had a bad birthday, haha. Good picture but I felt it was a bit bland.
Tabitha Reynolds
Composition: 20
Creativity: 25
Background: 21
OVERALL: 66/120
Mia- Oh my! What a way to remember your birthday! My only qualm is that it appears she’s floating on the water. Perhaps one of the other pics you showed me after you’d posted your assignment would have been better.
Cami – Oh wow! Drowned on your birthday! I'm glad they were able to bring her back to us though! Having tried to take underwater pics in sims, I can see where you were going her but without the water effects and displacement it almost feels as if they were on top of the water or blue concrete as opposed to IN it. The blue of her outfit against the blue of the wall makes her blend in as well, let's try to make her stand out (without drowning hehe)
Rach- Really love the story. Focus more on the model, have her in a costume that is not blending in with the background (so basically not blue).
Angie- I liked this one, don't get me wrong! It just seemed to me like you were floating on the water? Wow though, way to pull through death :3
Maya Hall
Composition: 31
Creativity: 33
Background: 33
OVERALL: 97/120
Mia- Oh wow...Gotta spend all your birthday money fixing the roof! I love the background and all the details. Though her expression isn’t exactly what you’d expect given the situation.
Cami – Oh no! Glad everyone pitched into help clean up! I love all the little details you've added from the costumes of the guests to the decor of the room! Maya doesn't seem quite as shocked as I might have expect given that her roof just caved in though.
Rach- Lovely expression on Maya. The background is realy fitting to the story and I like how even with the use of prints, you still manage to keep your model the center of attention. Overall a great picture!
Angie- o3o This is a really pretty pretty picture. I loved it, and I loved that I could tell what was happening like right away. The only thing I would have changed would be her facial expression..otherwise, fantastic entry!
--------------
We lost Skip and Olivia to dropping out, and ImmortalDreaming to elimination this round. From now on there will be one elimination per round. This is where it gets tough, everyone.

ASSIGNMENT 3
I Like To Make People Happy
Naturally, your model loves to help people, as such we want to see your model at their best, helping the sick, or the hungry, just working for a charity that means something to them.
Every Friday, I would take time out of my day to visit the childrens’ hospital. Whether it was to talk to some of the kids there or to have a puppet show or something, I always anticipated the cheery cries of “Mr. Shawn!” when I stepped into the room. So when a charity was opened and the funds were donated to the childrens’ hospital, well, I couldn’t resist. I went over and sang for them. The charity raised a lot of money when people volunteered to do stuff. It just made me happy.

Thank you for the score! My assignment was based on something that happened to one of my sims when he was a baby, unfortunately his father died in the fire... I didn't want to make someone die in my assignment because that would have been too morbid lol... I can't wait to do the next assignment... How do I go about this without being too obvious...

Dana Prescott Assignment Four Originally, the makeovers had just been something for my friends. When their self esteem was at an all-time low, I would give them a new look to make them feel better on the outside. If they had a brand new look, it would give them a confidence boost. When word got out, various people came to me for these makeovers and it became a real hobby for me. I had seen a wide variety of people including cancer sufferers who missed the feeling of having gorgeous locks framing their face and burn victims who wanted to return their skin to how it was before. My most memorable experience was when a woman much like myself came to me saying that she was always teased as a child for being slightly larger than others. I agreed to the makeover and rather than telling her to go on a diet or anything else drastic, I merely gave her my favourite dress to try on. The look on her face was astounding, “I never knew I could have looked like this...” she said. “Don’t you see? It doesn’t matter how fat or thin you are because I believe that every woman is beautiful...” I replied. After that day her confidence had greatly increased. She still writes me letters to this day and is currently engaged. After that incident I bought a whole new makeup set, clothes and beauty products and started my very own charity in my bedroom to help anyone with low confidence and self-esteem.

Hi Guys and gals! So I had a bit of an incident yesterday with my computer. Hubby put a new fan in the case and when he did some of the cables in the PSU came loose and touched the coils meaning they burned through O_O. So my PSU (and therefore my PC with the model save on it) is out of commission. I have a new PSU on the way and it says it will be here the 17th or 18th but I could use an extension if possible.

Sure Althea, I haven't discussed this with the other judges (but I am pretty sure they'd be okay with it). Till Saturday 21st? Or anytime in between the assigned due date and the 21st and Lol @ the hubby. He tried though, that is what counts

That would be absolutely fantastic. I have my idea so it is just a matter of being able to get on my PC and put it together!

Nellie loved animals, especially cats. So whenever the local pound began running low on space, she'd pick up at least a half a dozen of the pack and help find them new homes. It was reassuringly much easier to get the pound cats adopted that way, or at least help the pet shelter raise money to keep the cats and dogs there from being put under.
