KPST Picture Thread

So, here's the home that my family from my first screenshot lives in. (It's a sweetened remodel of the Sweet Chateau in Hidden Springs). I'm still re-decorating the inside, so it's a work in progress. It's my first completely Sweet Treat-ified house. And I was lucky enough to get a shot with the ice cream truck in front.

Gabby that is an adorable fluffy pink home! lol I'm not a huge pink fan, but I have to say, I like what you did there. After a few generations have fleshed it out its going to look even more delicious. Thank you for the wonderful share!

Thank you! I'm having so much fun making it (even though my fiance took one look at it and rolled his eyes, LOL). I didn't expect to enjoy this pack so much. It kind of makes me feel like a little kid again.

Finished the interior of my fluffy pink Sweet Chateau remodel in Hidden Springs. Here are some shots of the interior.

I will probably never make another house that's this decked out in pink candy ever again. (Well, I'll probably make a more traditional looking Gingerbread house in Moonlight Falls when SN comes out). But it was super fun doing it at least once.

For a pink fluffy house, it looks freaking awesome! I love your floor plan layout and how you actually made those double doors work. My favorite bedroom is the blue one, it looks soothing!

I can't wait to see your gingerbread house. You have a gift for building that's pretty obvious. The layout is great and the placement is awesome. You go girl!

Edit: If you get a chance, could you upload the lot to the exchange? I went to download it from your studio and was like... DOH!!! >.<

I can't take credit for that awesome layout, though, the house is an EA one in Hidden Springs, and it really is a beautiful, versatile layout. I thought it was perfect to showcase the KPST content, so I pretty much swapped out windows, and doors, recolored, and redecorated. I have never uploaded a house to the exchange before. Is it ok for me to upload it if the home was made by EA and I just redecorated it, or is that against the rules?

I have no idea if it's against the rules. lol I think as long as it is made by EA it's fine. I think you only run into a problem if you upload a house that someone else made and try to claim that you made it.

After all, people upload recolors of EA clothing every day.. so it only stands to reason in my mind that the house falls in the same category.

It still looks great! You did a wonderful decorating job! I've been on a house building kick lately, and the building part is pretty simple. The decorating part is what makes you want to gouge your eyeballs out with a pencil.

So I still say kudos to you and wonderful job!

I have hidden springs, but I didn't play it much. I totally must have been asleep on the job when I was checking out the EA made homes.

Edit:When you upload it, if you state in your description that it's a KPST remodel of (whatever it was called in Hidden Springs) then I'm certain there will be absolutely no problems.

Haha, I'm exactly the opposite. I could spend all day decorating (and I have on some occasions

), but I'm not much of a builder. I do all right, I guess, but it's not my strong suit. I usually redecorate or add on to homes that are already there. I'll see about uploading it between tonight and tomorrow. It still needs a few minor tweaks. I do have every EP/SP and I have a lot of store content too, so I used a lot of stuff when I decorated. I'll post again once it's up. Thanks for the advice.

I'm so glad to see everyones pictures and you all did such a great job on your houses and venues.

I just got this Saturday for my birthday, can't wait to start making venues and post some pictures!!
