Looking for a new challenge to try out? Why not take a stab at Life As We See It- a new legacy challenge! Me and my friend, SCM11S, have decided to begin a collab with this (just us two), so the challenge has yet to be tested. But that doesn't mean you can't attempt it! And if you do, feel free to let me know because I'd love to follow your progress. Please bring it to my attention if this challenge is extremely similar to someone else's, because I'll glady take it off. Now, the rules:

Introduction
Your Sims view life in different ways. Balance and harmony, caring and protective, brave and witty. Each generation is based on your Sim's views and opinions, thus their goals are born. Each generation will have a certain set of goals to complete that are related to their views.

General Rules
-Start off with a single founder
-Spouses may or may not be pre-made (depending on your choice)
-Starting off on any lot is completely fine
-No money or mood cheats
-HAVE FUN!!!!

How To Play
The rules are fairly similar to a legacy. When it's times to move on to the next generation (which is when the current generation has completed all of their tasks), either choose your favorite to continue the challenge or hold an heir vote (the simming community chooses for you). Only the heir has to fulfill the tasks, unless it requires their spouses help to accomplish.

Life As We See It

Generation 1- Balance and Harmony

-Get married and have kids (in that order)
-Reach the top of the Business Career
-Have an even number of boys and girls (Example: 2 boys and 2 girls) try no adoption
-You and your spouse may not break up

Generation 2- Bustle and Hustle

-Reach the top of the Political Career
-Become a 5 star celebrity Late Night needed
-Have at least one kid with two different people
-Move at least twice
-Have at least 5 friends

Generation 3- Order and Peace

-Reach the top of the Law Enforcement Career either branch
-Master the Logic skill
-Have the one and only perfect child- no negative traits
-Befriend all co-workers and boss

Generation 4- Grateful and Adventurous World Adventures needed

-Master visa levels
-Visit China, Egpyt, and France with entire family
-Have at least 3 children
-Become a mummy

Generation 4.5 Base Game compatable

-Have at least 3 children
-Reach level 5 in three different careers
-Master Gardening skill
-Cheat on spouse without getting caught

Generation 5- Artistic and Graceful Ambitions needed

-Master Painting skill
-Master Sculpting skill
-Paint 3 Brilliant paintings
-Sculpt your spouse and kid(s)

Generation 5.5 Base Game compatable

-Master Painting skill
-Master Writing skill
-Reach the top of the Journalism Career
-Paint 3 Brilliant paintings

Generation 6- Athletic and Daring

-Reach the top of the Professional Sports Career
-Master Athletic skill
-Keep having kids until you have multiples (either twins or triplets)
-Have 3 Romantic Interests at once

Generation 7- Caring and Protective

-Reach the top of the Medical Career
-Only go as far in a relationship as getting engaged
-Don't let your kid(s) out of the house except for school until they're young adults
-Only become friends with family, co workers, and boss

Generation 8- Expressive and Rude

-Reach the top of the Music Career Rock branch
-Have at least 5 enemies
-Get married to 2 different people, and break up with them both
-Do not befriend your kid(s) and don't teach them any life skills

Generation 9- Brave and Witty Ambitions needed

-Reach the top of the Firefighter Profession
-Marry a fellow firefighter and have 6 kids
-Cheat on your spouse with one of your kids' spouses
-Master Handiness skill

Generation 9.5 Base Game compatable

-Reach the top of the Military Career
-Marry a fellor soldier and have 6 kids
-Cheat on your spouse with one of your kids' spouses
-Master Handiness skill

Generation 10- Carefree and Outgoing Late Night needed

-Reach the top of the Film Career either branch
-Master Mixology skill
-Join/create a band
-Have at least 5 friends
-Become a vampire
-Marry a co-star and have the one and only interesting child all negative traits

Generation 10.5 Base Game compatable

-Be unemployed
-Have at least 10 friends
-Marry and have the one and only interesting child all negative traits
-Master any skill

Hmmm...nice challenge.
I've never played a legacy challenge (commitment issues) , but this sounds like fun. I'm playing another challenge right now, if I ever finish that one I might give this one a try, will bookmark this thread for now.

If I do I'll switchy switchy around Then again I need to be out of trouble before I can even think of doing it

I've attempted a book called When The Truth Came Out. I will write it peridoically, but never consistantly. I feel like I just used some big words.
