Ok I tried the one cheat that helps to keep your sim from aging up and nothing happens. When I tried this
Set Age"
Doesn't seem to work, but if you have TestingCheatsEnabled turned on, you just hold down the Shift key and left click your mouse button on your Sim and you get the option to Trigger Age Transition on your Sim.

nothing happened. I get an error message saying command not recognized. If anyone knows what Im doing wrong let me know,

hi...i can get just about every one of those cheats to work...but when i type in the freeRealEstate cheat,it says its an unknown command...i had already typed in the testingCheatsEnabled true cheat...what else do i do?! i really want this cheat to work so i can move some Sim copies form the sim bin into the town but they cant afford to move into a house with only approx $18,000 in their bank...PLEASE HELP!

I followed your directions to get lifetime happiness points and it doesn't work for me either. Does anyone have any idea of how to get lifetime happiness points?

Okay I finally figured out how to get lifetime happiness points by the control and click option.

You have to type testingcheatsenabled true when you are on the neighborhood view. Now go to your active household and find the lifetime happiness tab. Then you press control and right click on the right side of that treasure box in between how much lifetime happiness points you have right now. Keep on clicking around there to find the exact spot. Now you get 500 lifetime happiness points every time you click!

Edit: I found out that you can click on the left or right near the lifetime happiness points you currently have and the treasure box...

I did it exactly as you said & couldn't find the spot where it brings her lifetime happiness points up 500 on each click. Anywhere I clicked it would only go up one point at a time, in fact it is still going up point by point & it won't stop so I will just let it keep going!

I don't know if anyone else has found this one, lots of pages here. With testingcheatsenabled true, you can also drag the friendship bars under the pic of the friend sim in the friends panel just like you can with your needs bars. Just found this one.

there is some cheats that do work on MAC but for most of them especially the sims age option doesnt work. if anyone knows about cheats for MAC it would be nice to check them out!! ^^

i wish the edit in cas would work =/

i *LOVEEEEED* that cosmetic surgery item in the sims 2 from one of the expansion packs.

i made everyone in mah neighborhood purty

im kinda bummed cause 3 generations later... every one in mah neighborhood is old... or dead... or related to my sim lol

If u don't want them to die. There is a thing in the game options where u can pick life span. or.. not Age at all. I use it haha.. Just wanted to say that =)

Edit: since i am quite new at these cheats. since i was use to sims2 cheats. I'm having alot of trouble with the mailbox ones.. if anyone can explain to me what to do haha. I am usually awesome at this kind of stuff. But i could really use help..

Ok for Everyone posting here that ctrl + Shift + C does not bring up the cheat window.

You most likely have something else thats a part of windows or is in the windows start up thats running that uses that as a short cut key combo.
I had this issue with the sims 2 and had to shut down anything that wasnt sims running in the background (the cause of the problem was windows messager for me).

Another problem it may be is stickey keys turned on accidently buy pressing shift 5 times in a row which can happen accidently more easily than you think.
