Number of bathrooms: 1(a medium size)
Favorite color schemes: for the bathroom i like tile and i like brown for the walls I just really like the modern feel NOT TRADITIONAL!
Colors you dislike: yellow and orange

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? A cute play area outside for a toddler and a space for adults i want a hot tub, a slide and swing
Additional instructions? I like the modern windows and doors and a modern kitchen, NOTHING THAT LOOKS OLD! I prefer just one main floor and i LOVE an open floor plan. I would really like a game room(I only want an upstairs just for the game room NOTHING ELSE, NO OTHER ROOM UPSTAIRS!) also but please don't make this house look crowded and i hate too much light. I would also like a 1 car garage or at least a parking space.....but if there is no room for a garage than i can live without it! I need this to be a perfect home that's the right size for me and my little girl

You guys did such a WONDERFUL job with my first build, I am now ready for a larger home.

I would love a Victorian style mansion with a victorian shape to the building and period details to the interior and exterior but with some modern twists as the Sim family living there are updating this old house and would like a modern kitchen and technologies like computers, tv's.

I would like a small stables with a paddock type area but nothing to big please. - optional if you can fit it in with the theme of the house but otherwise not worried.

A small area of the house for live in help bedroom bathroom own kitchen maybe in the basement
a small vegetable patch.


I know my details are quite specific but i'm quite flexible on what is and isn't in the house and what ever really! Let loose and add more features or less if it feels right!

- The sims living here are modern sims that have recently brought this victorian house because they like period features but with some modern amenities
