Terra gasped.
"Oh no!" she said. She poked his face. "I don't know what to do!"

Nat whispered feebly. "But.. you're a nurse..." Nat giggled softly and peeked at Terra with one eye.

Terra smiled a little.
"Well, I can figure something out!" she said. "What if I sew your face back together?"

Nat grimaced and lifted his sword slowly.
"For.. Fantasim!" he exclaimed quietly, and then he died.

Terra shook her head quickly.
"No, you won't die! Umm..." She paused, thinking. What would they do in the storybooks? In the storybooks, the prince kissed the princess and everything was better. But what if the prince was the one dying? Terra smiled nervously, leaning down and kissing his lips.

Nat's eyes shot open and he immediately sat up. He looked at Terra, flabbergasted.
"Wha--wha-what was that?" he stammered, discreetly wiping his face with his sleeve.

COOOOOOTTTTIIIIIIEEEES! he thought.

Terra giggled a little.
"It's what people do in books!" she said. "When one of them dies, the other one kisses them and they get better!"

Nat bit his lip, and then he giggled.
"You like me, don't you?" he asked, curiosity in his voice. Nat laid back down and put his hands behind his head.

Terra blushed a little, smiling.
"Obviously," she said. "You're my bestest friend, Nat. Mommy and daddy are bestest friends, and they're married and they have babies and they kiss all the time."

Nat looked at Terra. "You wanna marry me?" Nat pointed to himself, inquiring that's what she was getting at.

Terra blinked her pretty green eyes in surprise.
"I, um," she said, "only if you wanna marry me..."

Nat laughed and shook his head.
"We're like, 6. And besides, what would Shimmer say?" Nat giggled and grabbed Terra's hand.

(( Two questions : 1) Can Terra and Nat fly yet?
2) Does Terra have a crush on Natty? ))

Terra blinked in surprise.
"Why does it matter what Shimmer would say?" she asked softly.

Nat grinned his crooked smile and looked at the ground shyly.
"It's a secret.. I can't tell you." Nat giggled and looked back up at Terra.
"Y'know what? I'll tell you anyway. But don't say anything to Shimmer. I think.. I like her." Nat bit his lip.

Terra's green eyes went wide when she heard his words.
"You....like Shimmer?" she asked softly. She felt like her heart was going to break.

Suddenly, little Bellona began to cry and Cinder sighed a bit. "Eldria? Could you have one of the servants get a bottle for her?"
