Gee, if you no longer are going to support Red County, it would be really nice if you could upload the World files and any other files used in Create a World, so others can make edits. I for one, would really like to see at least one movie studio in Hollywood!

The world i'm making is a more direct representation of Los Angeles. Fear not - there will be movie studios and Hollywood mansions More info should come soon. It's pretty much what Red County was, but a much more detailed and geographically accurate representation of the city it emulates.

Omg exciting! I really loved the original Red County so I'm looking forward to this, Late Night seems perfect for it.

OhThankGod! I'm so happy to see that you'll create a new late night-city (!!!) ...since I don't like Bridgeport. :] Is the new city going to be bigger (will you add more "family-friendly" houses) than Bridgeport? sorry, I'm just very curious.

The new LA will surely be awesome, I just hope it won't be as large as red county (it crashed my game twice).

RC was extremely well done I look forward to seeing the new LA world when it comes out (although wouldn't mind seeing a LNight version of RC while waiting )

Only problems I had were some dodgy families I downloaded from the exchange that caused RC to crash to desktop. After removing the offending sims, I had no problems. I guess the size of the world can effect the performance of a PC. Having said that though, a CAW world I made a last month ran well on my old Pentium 4 (albeit sluggish) and that was a large world with lots of performance hitting "bells n whistles" ie, mountains, lots of spawners, FX etc etc.

Cool! I tried to place some LN lots in Red County but they just seem so tacked on, a world designed by you with LN in mind would be a vast improvement.

I don't suppose you could also keep something similer to River Springs and Emerald Beach in the revised edition?

Theres no need to update RC while waiting, because this world is almost done.

Cool great news

I much prefer playing on large worlds like RC more so than the EA pre-mades. Haven't found much in the way of really good LN caw worlds atm. I also liked the long drives back and forth from RC central city to the country. Although some complain about such things in caw worlds, to me it adds more realism.
